Clinical Observation Of Photoelectricity Combined With EGF In The Treatment Of Facial Inflammatory Skin Diseases And Sensitive Skin

Objective:The incidence of skin sensitivity caused by sensitive skin or facial inflammatory skin diseases is increasing Currently.Some patients are not effective in drug treatment,and the choice of medicine in clinic is relatively limited.In this study,photoelectricity combined with epidermal growth factor(EGF)was used to treat facial inflammatory skin diseases and sensitive skin,and its efficacy and safety were discussed.Methods:A total of 26 patients with facial inflammatory skin diseases and sensitive skin who met the inclusion criteria were collected from the outpatient department of dermatology of the first affiliated hospital of Dalian Medical University from April2018 to January 2019.The treatment process included evenly spraying the repair solution which include EGF on the face,adjusting the multi-function laser photoelectric treatment instrument to the electromagnetic wave repair module,introducing the EGF for 20 min,and the treatment intensity was grade 2-3.Then,the treatment instrument was adjusted to U light module for 10 min,and the light head was about 10 cm away from the face.The light source was 590 nm yellow light,and the light power was 25mW/cm~2.The mode was continuous.All patients were treated once a week for 4 times.The patients were taken photos before each treatment and 1 week after the last treatment by the same dermatologist,and the subjective symptoms of itching,tingling,burning and tension were graded.The adverse reactions were recorded as well.The objective signs of facial erythema,papules,scales andcapillary were graded clinically by another dermatologist who did not participate in the treatment.The clinical scores were carried out in accordance with the level 4 score method.At the same time,skin colorimeter was used to detect the a value and L value on both cheeks,forehead and chin of the patients.Skin ultrasound imaging instrument was used to detect the skin thickness and density on both cheeks,forehead and chin of the patients.The clinical score,colorimeter detection value(L,a)and skin ultrasonic detection value(skin density and thickness)were statistically analyzed.Result:1.The score was based on the subjective symptoms of pruritus,tingling,burning and tension before and after treatment,as well as objective signs of erythema,papules,scales and telangiectasia.Pruritus,tingling,scorching,tension,erythema,papules,and scale scores were significantly decreased after 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment than before treatment(P<0.05),and itch,burning,tension,erythema,and scale scores were significantly decreased after 4 weeks of treatment than 2 weeks after treatment(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between two and four weeks of telangiectasis score(P>0.05).It was suggested that this combinated treatment had obvious improvement on subjective symptoms(pruritus,burning,taut sensation)and objective signs(erythema,scales),and with the increase of treatment times,the curative effect increased correspondingly,but the improvement on papules was relatively poor,and there was no significant improvement on telangiectasia.2.The curative effect was judged according to the reduction rate of total clinical score before and after treatment.Significant efficiency and total effective rate after 2weeks of treatment were 0.00%and 65.38%respectively;significant efficiency and total effective rate after 4 weeks of treatment were 34.62%and 96.15%respectively.With the increase of treatment times,the significant efficiency and total effective rate increased gradually.3.According to the comparison of a values of different parts(buccal,forehead and chin)before and after treatment,the values at 2 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the values at 4weeks after treatment were significantly lower than those at 2 weeks after treatment(P<0.05).The above results indicated that the skin redness of cheek,chin and forehead all decreased after treatment,and the skin redness of both cheeks and chin improved obviously with the increase of treatment times.4.According to the comparison of L values of different parts before and after treatment(buccal,forehead,chin),there were significant improvement between two weeks of treatment and four weeks of treatment(P<0.05),and there were significant improvement between four weeks of treatment and two weeks of treatment(P<0.05).L values measured on the forehead at 2 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment were not statistically different from those before treatment(P>0.05).The higher the L value,the higher the skin brightness.The above results indicated that the skin brightness of both cheeks and chin increased after treatment,and improved significantly with the increase of treatment times.5.According to the comparison of Depth(thickness)of bilateral buccal skin before and after treatment,there were significant increase between before and after treatment at 2 weeks and 4 weeks(P<0.05).The above results indicated that the skin thickness increased after treatment,and increased with the increase of treatment times.6.According to the comparison of buccal skin Density before and after treatment,4 weeks of treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment and 2 weeks of treatment,and no statistical difference between 2 weeks and 2 weeks before treatment(P>0.05).These results suggest that skin density decreased after 4 weeks of treatment.Conclusion:Photoelectricity combined with EGF is effective in the treatment of facial inflammatory skin diseases and sensitive skin,and can significantly improve itching,stinging,burning,tension,erythema and scales.No improvement in telangiectasia.After treatment,the skin redness decreases,the brightness increases,the skin thickness increases,the density decreases,and the curative effect increases with the treatment times.It is suggested that 4 times is 1 course of treatment.No obvious immediate and long-term adverse reactions.Photoelectric combined with EGF is a safe and effective treatment.
