| Objective:(1)Blood lactate,glucose,calcium value change with 1 minute Apgar score of different relationships and dependencies.(2)Changes in preterm children and term children blood lactate,blood glucose and serum calcium value of 1 minute Apgar score of the same.Methods: Select the Huangshan Municipal People’s Hospital from January 2012 to January 2016 newborns,100 cases of 1 minute Apgar score of 4-7(where preterm children and term children 50 cases),100 cases of 1 minute Apgar score 0-3 points(involved in preterm and full-term children,50 cases),30 cases of 1 minute Apgar score of normal newborns(preterm bear with 15 cases and 15 cases of full-term children)as a control.Within 1 hour after taking birth,72 hours,7 days enough blood lactate,glucose and serum calcium values as a dynamic observed.Determination of blood lactate,blood sugar and blood calcium levels by Abbott intelligent detector and Hitachi biochemical analyzer.Comparison of correlation and differences between groups of data.Results:(1)one hour after birth,72 hours,seven days three time points blood lactate levels(unit:mmol / L): control group: 2.47 ± 1.34,2.20 ± 0.30,2.30± 0.25;1 minute Apgar score 4-7 points: 4.49± 5.16,3.61 ± 1.78,2.39 ± 0.17;1 minute Apgar score 0-3 points: 7.98 ± 4.37,6.04 ± 3.0,2.41 ± 0.19.Preterm children in the control group: 2.94 ± 1.34,2.38 ± 0.80,2.50 ± 0.30;full-term child in the control group: 2.03 ± 1.18,2.16 ± 0.90,2.40 ± 0.50;1 minute Apgar score 4-7 preterm children: 4.81± 3.09,3.78 ± 1.76,3.0 ± 0.10;1 minute Apgar score 4-7 full-term child: 4.18 ± 1.76,3.62 ± 3.0,2.96± 0.35;1 minute Apgar score 0-3 preterm children: 8.29 ± 4.75,6.46 ± 3.6,3.6 ± 0.34;1 minute Apgar score 0-3 packet term child: 7.76 ± 4.14,5.69 ± 2.70,3.8 ± 0.16.Blood lactate with 1 minute Apgar score correlation coefficient r =-0.815.(2): After 1 hour of birth,72 hours,seven days three time points blood glucose levels(unit: mmol / L): control group: 4.30 ± 2.05,4.40 ± 0.62,4.28 ± 0.5;1 minute Apgar score 4-7 groups: 3.63 ± 1.95,4.56 ± 2.04,4.46 ± 0.4;1 minute Apgar score 0-3 groups:7.08 ± 3.48,6.78 ± 3.20,4.5 ± 0.65.Preterm children in the control group: 3.50 ±1.60,4.05 ± 1.96,4.01 ± 0.30: full-term children in the control group: 5.12 ± 2.15,4.42 ±1.86,4.40 ± 0.50;1 minute Apgar score 4-7 preterm children: 2.81 ± 1.36,5.23 ±2.22,4.20 ± 0.1: 1 minute Apgar score 4-7 packet term child: 4.46 ± 2.11,3.89 ±1.63,4.16 ± 0.35;1 minute Apgar score 0-3 packet preterm children: 7.72 ± 3.37,7.72 ±3.52,4.25 ± 0.34;full-term children with severe asphyxia group: 6.44 ± 3.52,5.8 ±2.57,4.36 ± 0.16。 Sugar and 1 minute Apgar score correlation coefficient r =-0.23(3)After 1 hour of birth,72 hours,seven days three time points serum calcium levels(in mmol / L);control group: 2.33 ± 0.22,2.30 ± 0.12,2.40 ± 0.5;1 minute Apgar score 4-7groups: 2.23 ± 0.32,2.28 ± 0.23,2.36 ± 0.4;1 minute Apgar score 0-3 groups: 1.96 ±0.37,2.24 ± 0.35,2.38 ± 0.38.Preterm children in the control group: 2.27 ± 0.26,2.22 ±0.16,2.30 ± 0.30;full-term child in the control group: 2.33 ± 0.19,2.36 ± 0.90,2.46 ±0.50;1 minute Apgar score 4-7 packet preterm children: 1.96 ± 0.32,2.02 ± 0.26,2.28 ±0.10;1 minute Apgar score 4-7 packet term child: 2.23 ± 0.32,2.25 ± 0.23,2.43 ± 0.35;1minute Apgar score 0-3 packet preterm children: 1.63 ± 0.31,1.70 ± 0.42,2.33 ± 0.34;1minute Apgar score 0-3 packet term child: 2.07 ± 0.34,2.13 ± 0.35,2.43 ± 0.16.Calcium with 1 minute Apgar score correlation coefficient r = 0.625Conclusion:with 72 hours after birth(1)The lower Apgar score,the higher blood lactate levels,no significant difference in preterm children and term children.(2)1 minute Apgar score 4-7,mainly in order to reduce blood sugar,1 minute Apgar score 0-3 persons,mainly as elevated blood sugar;comparing preterm and full-term children: 1 minute Apgar score 4-7 sharing,premature children low blood sugar,1minute Apgar score 0-3 min,high blood sugar in premature children.(3)Reduce blood calcium levels,the more obvious tips: Apgar score lower;at the same time one minute Apgar score,preterm children calcium values were lower than full-term children.(4)Blood lactate with 1 minute Apgar score more relevant... |
