Coronary Angiography With Dual-source Coronary CTA Association Study Of Coronary Heart Disease Diagnosis

Objective: To investigate the differences and correlations between the dual-source coronary CTA and CAG in the diagonosis of coronary heart disease,the dual-source coronary CTA is applied to patients who are found coronary artery stenosis in CAG or those who are not found but have typical clinical symptoms of coronary heart disease.In this way,the coincidence rate and misdiagnosis of the dual-source coronary CTA in the diagonosis of coronary heart disease will be evaluated and the ability of managing with coronary disease will be increased.Methods:Date is collected in those who are found with a strait coronary artery in dual source coronary CT,or those who are not but have typical clinical symptoms of coronary heart disease.CAG will be used in both of them soon afterwards.Thus,all of the enrolled patients will have two kinds of image data: the dual-source coronary CTA and CAG.What is more,coronary artery stenosis is found in at least one of them.A retrospective analysis is carried on in 65 patients and CAG is regarded as a gold standard.The degree of coronary artery stenosis is analyzed by a computer quantitative analysis(QCA),so that the accuracy of the diagnosis of coronary heart disease by dual-source coronary CTA is valued.Results:65 cases are included in this reseach.The dual-source coronary CTA and CAG have a consistent results in 60 cases.In another 5 cases,2cases‘s coronary stenosis is only found in dual source coronary CTA.On the other hand,3cases‘s coronary stenosis is found in CAG but not in dual source coronary CTA.It shows that the accuracy rate of dual source coronary CTA in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease is 92.3%,the false negative rate is 3.2%,and the false positive rate is 4.7%.There is no statistical significance in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease between coronary CTA and Coronary angiography.Conclusion: CAG is regarded as a gold standard in the the diagnosis of coronary heart disease.However,as a new examination method,the dual source coronary CTA has important implications in the the diagnosis of coronary heart disease because of its advantages such as non-invasive,accurate,convenience and low cost.Coronary artery CTA is recommeded as a preferential option to clinical doctors according to the specific circumstances of patients.
