Objective :Research Acoustic pulse radiation imaging technology(& radiation force impulse moisturiser, ARFI) in the diagnosis of cirrhosis of the liver, with the sound of touch group quantitative technique(virtual touch tissue quantification, VTQ) measuring liver stiffness of chronic hepatitis b patients and normal control group, discusses VTQ technology in clinical application value of liver cirrhosis degree judgment.Methods:The VTQ technology measuring 20 normal control group and 88 patients with chronic hepatitis b liver tissue of shear wave velocity, with pathologic results as the gold standard, analysis of the measured results, between groups of data are expressed as a mean + standard deviation(+ /- s), the comparison between groups to take t test, compare the fibrosis of chronic hepatitis b(S0 ~ S4) in different periods and the shear wave velocity of normal control group, by ROC curve drawing for each group of shear wave velocity to determine the liver fibrosis degree different shear wave velocity cutoff value.Result:With chronic hepatitis b liver fibrosis degree deepen the shear wave velocity increased gradually, chronic hepatitis b liver fibrosis of patients with different level controls the result: normal control group and stage S0, S0 and S1, there is no obvious difference between the rest groups: data statistically significant during the normal control group and S1 ~ S4, S0 and S2 ~ S4 period, S1 and S2 ~ S4 period, S2 and S3, S4, S3 and S4 period;Through the VTQ technology can undertake grading of liver fibrosis stage, with pathologic results as the gold standard, through each phase of the ROC curve drawing, stage S1, S2, stage 3, S4, shear wave velocity cutoff value respectively is 1.19 m/s, 1.31 m/s, 1.57 m/s, 1.84 m/s.Conclusion:VTQ shear wave velocity can be as a diagnosis of chronic second liver fibrosis degree standards, can also use the shear wave velocity on the pathological grading of liver fibrosis degree, presumably, in quantitatively check liver stiffness in clinic.
