Objective: To investigate the relationship between the macular retinal thickness and multifocal electroretinography in myopia patients,and compare it with the normal.Methods: Forty-two subjects(83 eyes)aged from 24 years to 39 years were selected into three groups accoding to their refractive Power/axial length:normal group(8cases,14eyes)from The Second Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University,low and medium myopia(16cases,31eyes),high myopia group(19cases,38eyes).Totally patients underwent examination of optical coherence tomography(produced by Zeiss company)and RETIscank(produced by Roland company).All subjects underwent routine examination in the Department of Ophthalmology(such as visual acuity,optometry,intraocular pressure,axial length,anterior segment examination,fundus examination,corneal curvature,Chamber angle examination)and special inspection(OCT and mf ERG).All subjects,in addition to the impact of external factors without other eye ametropia,have no serious systemic disease.All selceter with all inspection,according to the inclusion criteria and consent.Obtained the average amplitude densities、amplitude and implicit time of wave P1 in six rings retinal regions of different degrees of myopia.Get three groups of average macular thickness.The above data using the Wilcoxon rank sum test for statistical analysis.To analysis the relationship between the macular retinal thickness and multifocal electroretinography in different degrees of myopia.Statistical methods using Person correlation analysis.Results: 1.The normal group,the amplitude and andamplitude destiny of the first ring were positively related to A1,implicit time of the first ring has no correlation with A1.2.The low and medium myopia group,A1 has no correlation between the first and second ring indexes.3.The high myopia group,the amplitude and andamplitude destiny of the first and second ring were negative related to A1,implicit time of the first and second ring has no correlation with A1.4.The three group,the amplitude and andamplitude destiny of wave P1 were positively related to AT,implicit time of wave P1 has no correlation with A1.5.The low and medium myopia group,the amplitude of the second and third ring of wave P1 were negative related to AT,the amplitude of the fourth ring of wave P1 was positive correlation.6.The high myopia group,the amplitude and andamplitude destiny of wave P1 were positively related to AT.Conclusion: 1.with the development of myopia,the macular retinal thickness become thinning.2.with the development of myopia,the average amplitude densities of P1 wave amplitude of mf ERG decreased.3.The crowd in high myopia,the macular amplitude density,amplitude and average thickness of mf ERG was positively related to P1 wave。There is a positive correlation between the macularstructure and function. |
