Clinical Observation On Advanced Schistosomiasis With Splenomegaly That Treated With Removing Blood Stasis And Phlegm Method

ObjectiveTo ensure "phlegm stasis resistance complex" as the core disease machine for late Schistosoma disease(giant spleen type),highlight "phlegm stasis mutual knot" as a key pathology change,then aplly removing stasis phlegm method to late Schistosoma disease patients,observation its clinical effect,try to provide clinical basis for treating late Schistosoma disease patients with removing stasis phlegm method.MethodThe study objects are late Schistosoma disease patients available from schistosomiasis hospital in Jingzhou City from March 2014 to February 2016,we selected 64 patients through selection criteria,distribute 32 patients in both treatment and control group in random way.Before the clinical observation,we contrast relevant data such as age,gender,livers function,TCM symptoms score to prove there are no statistical differences between tow groups.We treat patients of control groups in clinical pathway such as eliminate the pathogenesis,liver protection therapy with reduce glutathione and support therapy.And add TCM therapy to control group with Zeibei,Loulu,Yujin,Danshen.Record relevant data of two groups after 3 months’ treatment,and analysis data in statistic method to observe curative effect and toxicity.ResultsThere are no statistical differences on total effect and scores of symptoms and signs between tow groups before and after treatment,as well as width of spleen,diameter of hepatic portal and ALT.Scores of vomit,abdominal distension and yellow urine symptom of treatment group are much better than control group,as well as ALT,TBil,albumin and LN index.The speed of drug take effect of treatment group is fast than control group.ConclusionRemoving blood stasis and phlegm method can obvious improve AST,TBil,albumin,LN index and improve vomit,abdominal distension,yellow urine symptom.
