Observation Of Clinical Efficacy On Stable COPD (Lung And Kidney Qi Deficiency) By Replenishing Kidney Holding Qi Down

Purpose: Observation replenishing kidney holding Qi down treatment for patients of stable Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease at lung and kidney qi deficiency,and explore its clinical value.Method: According to the requirements of the "Guidelines for clinical research on new drugs of traditional Chinese medicine" to select stable COPD patients at lung and kidney qi deficiency,29 cases in the study group,and 28 cases in the control group.The control group were treated with Salmeterol and fluticasone propionate inhalation powder for inhalation treatment,on the basis of this,study group treated with replenishing kidney holding Qi down therapy.The course of treatment is 4 weeks.After treatment,we have two groups of patients for efficacy evaluation,record TCM symptoms score,CAT respiratory questionnaire points and 6-minute walk test score,compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Result: 1.Compared with TCM symptoms score of two groups,the difference was no statistically significant before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the control group of TCM symptoms score is(13.4±5.0),the study group of TCM symptoms score is(10.9±4.9),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Before treatment,it was no statistically significant that the difference of the patient’s CAT scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the CAT score of control group was(11.45±1.86),CAT scores of the study group was(9.16±2.03),the CAT score was significantly lower than that of the former,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).3.Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference of two patients in group 6 min walking distance(P>0.05).After treatment,6 min walking distance of patients in the study group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.01),the difference was statistically significant.4.Patients in the study group,20 cases were markedly,8 cases were effective,the total efficiency was 96.6%.Patients in the control group,11 cases were markedly,14 cases were effective,the total efficiency was 89.3%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Adverse events were not found during treatment in two groups.Conclusion: Replenishing kidney holding Qi down therapy is an effective treatment for lung and kidney qi deficiency chronic obstructive pulmonary disease at stable phase,which can effectively improve the quality of life of patients.Its clinical application is simple,and no adverse events.It is a safe rehabilitative treatment.
