Myasthenia Gravis Syndrome Of TCM Literature Evaluation Literature Studies And Randomized Controlled Trials

Purpose: Through the study of myasthenia gravis TCM literature,summarizes myasthenia gravis of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome and syndrome factor and different period syndrome type distribution,provide the basis for the standardized treatment of myasthenia gravis,at the same time the clinical randomized controlled trials of MG literature quality assessment,provide the basis for myasthenia gravis TCM treatment guidelines.Method: By Chinese knowledge resource pool academic journal full-text database(CNKI),ten thousand,d PuZhongWen journal database(VIP),an electronic database service system of Chinese biomedical literature retrieval,on the one hand to collect nearly 30 years(January 1986-December 2015)all domestic periodicals published about myasthenia gravis syndromes in Chinese literature.From according to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria selection literature,myasthenia gravis extracted from literature after the screening of TCM syndrome type and cases to a database of basic information,such as,Microsoft Excel frequency statistics method is used to justify type and syndrome factors and different time periods of TCM syndrome type distribution analysis such as statistic;On the other hand collected nearly 20 years(January2006-December 2015)all about in the Chinese periodical literature of myasthenia gravis randomized controlled trial study.According to include and exclude screening standard literature,and USES the internationally recognized the unity of the clinical trial report standard CONSORT statement article 25 evaluation standard and improvement of the Jadad rating scale of four standard for quality evaluation into the literature report.Result:1.Literature study participants included 27 paper,2403 patients with myasthenia gravis.Total of TCM syndrome types are: spleen deficiency syndrome,spleen and kidney deficiency,the deficient syndrome,spleen and kidney Yang deficiency syndrome,spleen and stomach qi deficiency syndrome,atmosphericsubsidence,liver and kidney Yin deficiency syndrome,collaterals virtual lag,spleen and lung deficient syndrome,qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,damp and hot immersion,kidney,spleen and kidney Yin deficiency syndrome of blood stasis syndrome,wet trapped pixu(spleen deficient)syndrome,Yin deficiency,blood heat syndromes.The major types of syndromes(ratio of 10% or higher)of spleen deficiency syndrome,spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome,the deficient syndrome,spleen and kidney Yang deficiency syndrome,spleen deficiency.2.The spleen deficiency syndrome and spleen lung deficient syndrome from2006 to 2015 the proportion was decreased significantly in 1986-1995;And atmospheric subsidence and liver and kidney Yin deficiency syndrome from 2006 to 2015 the proportion is increased from 1986 to 1995;,the proportion of deficient syndrome(2006-2015 was significantly reduced from 1996 to 2005;The spleen and stomach qi deficiency syndrome and atmospheric subsidence in2006-2015 the proportion is increased significantly in 1996-2005.3.The total extract 16 syndrome factor.Including disease syndrome factor(spleen,kidney,classics,stomach,liver,cell complex,lungs)seven;Disease syndrome factor(qi deficiency,Yin deficiency and Yang deficiency,blood stasis,heat,blood deficiency,wet,air pocket,jin kui)9.The disease of disease in the spleen,kidney,the more proportion(5% or higher),disease of sex of qi deficiency,Yin deficiency and Yang deficiency(ratio of 5% or higher).4.Incorporated in 70 RCT literature,don’t strictly follow the CONSORT statement item 1 paper specification report,Jadad scores are low quality research.Conclusion:1.Based on myasthenia gravis syndromes and syndrome factors and different times distribution research of syndrome,and can show you how to differentiation of myasthenia gravis dialectical classification is given priority to,and combined with disease differentiation and blood syndrome differentiation of Yin and Yang.The disease of disease is given priority to with the spleen,kidney,the,sexual disease with qi deficiency,Yin deficiency and Yang deficiency is more see.Liver and kidney Yin deficiency in recent years,such as hot and humid immersed syndrome type in myasthenia gravis syndrome and the proportion of obvious increase,so suggest we,treatment based on syndrome differentiation and treatment,both in,should pay attention to kidney disease who,ill sex more pay attention to the prevention and control of hot and humid,such as the empirical.2.Based on MG randomized controlled trial study of the literature evaluation,found that the quality of randomized controlled trials report on the low side,it is necessary in promoting related journals and using a CONSORT statement standard randomised controlled trial report,and constantly improve clinical trials report norms.
