The Clinical Study Of Qingre Huashi,Jianpi Hewei Method On The Treatment Of Hp Related Chronic Non Atrophic Gastritis

Purpose: To study the clinical effects of Qingre Huashi,Jianpi Hewei method on the treatment of chronic non atrophic gastritis with Hp.This research is based on the prescription of Chinese medicine classical prescription,the prescription of Chinese medicine,which is used as the representative prescription of clearing away Qingre Huashi,Jianpi Hewei method.Through clinical observation of Qingzhongtang in Decoction in the treatment of HP related chronic non atrophic gastritis,clear for treating the disease of clinical effectiveness and clinical safety and validation of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of the disease has a significant advantage.Method: All cases were derived from liver spleen and stomach of patients in Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of traditional Chinese medicine clinic and belong to the HP related chronic non atrophic gastritis patients,using randomized controlled methods,will enter the group were divided into two groups: treatment group and control group,each group 30 cases.The treatment group on the basis of application of standard triple therapy(rabeprazole enteric coated tablets 10mgbid;amoxicillin 1000mgbid;clarithromycin 500 mgbid meal all day 2 times oral)give clear Decoction "in the treatment of.The control group was treated with standard triple therapy.All groups were treated for 2 weeks with 1 courses of treatment and 1 courses of treatment.Observe and record the changes of symptoms and signs in the two groups during the treatment.After 4 weeks of treatment,the changes of Hp were reviewed and recorded,and the Hp eradication was compared before and after treatment,and the statistical analysis was carried out.Safety indexes were observed before and after treatment for 1 times.Result: There were 30 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group,and 60 patients in the treatment group completed the study.On the total curative effect,the total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were 93.33% and 80%,respectively,by statistical analysis,P=0.004 < 0.01,the total efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.Two groups in the eradication of Helicobacter pylori(HP),the treatment group with 28 cases of patients were negative,2 cases of non negative,the efficiency is 93.33%,the control group 22 cases became negative,8 cases of non negative,the efficiency was 73.33%,the statistical analysis,P = 0.038(P < 0.05)that in the treatment group of HP eradication was significantly better than that in control group.Integration of various syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine,two groups in the improvement of the abdominal fullness,epigastric pain,heartburn or heartburn sense,anorexia,dry mouth,bitter and body weight drowsiness on had a significant difference(P < 0.05).In the improvement of the short yellow urine,the two groups have very significant difference(P < 0.01).In belching,the treatment group and the control group the results showed no difference(P > 0.05).The two groups of patients in the whole test process,there was no adverse reaction occurred.Conclusion: Qingre Huashi,Jianpi Hewei method in the treatment of Hp related chronic non atrophic gastritis has a significant effect.Decoction combined with triple therapy to improve the symptoms of patients,can significantly improve the symptoms of patients,is conducive to the eradication of Hp.
