| Objective: To explore the influence of Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction on state of anxiety, quality of life of peri-operative patients with breast cancer,as well as the influence of the doctor-nurse-patient relationship. Methods: the patients were randomly divided into the control group(n=30)and the intervention group(n=30).Control group received routine health education and psychological nursing, without a specific intervention, but during the study period they received outpatient follow-up.On this basis, the intervention group was given MBSR intervention, including 2 hours per week course, for 8 weeks, the intervention was conducted in a room containing only the patient and her psychiatrist. Results: With the progress of the disease, the anxiety of patients with breast cancer after intervention were more serious(49.00±5.56)than before the intervention(46.40 ± 5.61),the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).During the perioperative period, patients’ self satisfaction, patient satisfaction with doctors, patients’ satisfaction with nurses showed a gradual upward trend, and the patients’ satisfaction with the control group showed a downward trend. After 8 weeks of MBSR intervention, the anxiety score of the intervention group was 42.23 ± 7.75,and the control group was 49 ± 5.56,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).In the intervention group, anxiety was significantly lower than before, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).After 8 weeks of MRBS intervention, fatigue, loss of appetite and other symptoms of the intervention group were significantlyless than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),and social function, overall health status and body image were significantly better than the control group(P < 0.05).After 8 weeks of MBSR intervention, was the scores of pain(34.25±12.40),breast symptoms(23.62±18.69)and arm symptoms(32.62±18.89)in the intervention group were lower than those(45.34±18.36、55.14±13.32、60.51±21.75)before.8 weeks after MBSR intervention, patients’ satisfaction with self(80.1±9.4),doctors(92.4±10.7)and nurses(75.7±12.4)in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the control group(68.5±10.2、75.9±13.2、66.3±16.3),and the difference was statistically significant different(P < 0.05).At the same time, the satisfaction of patients to family in the intervention group compared with the control group decreased less. After 8 weeks MBSR intervention, the patients’ satisfaction with the family(11.5 ± 72.8)was significantly higher than that of the control group(10.8 ±63.2),and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Doctors’ satisfaction with the intervention group(65.8 ± 15.3)was significantly higher than that of the control group(47 ± 13.9),and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion: In the absence of psychological intervention, anxiety state of peri-operation period in patients with breast cancer patients went serious. In the perioperative period, patients’ satisfaction with self, doctors and nurses showed a gradual upward trend, while the patients’ satisfaction with family and the doctors’ satisfaction with the patients showed a downward trend.MBSR intervention can reduce the anxiety state of women with breast cancer during peri operation period, and can improve the overall quality of life of patients with breast cancer.MBSR interventions can improve satisfaction of patients to self, family, doctor, nurse and doctor to patients.Future breast cancer treatment,we need more concern about breast cancer patients with mental health. In order to improve the psychological state, quality of life,of breast cancer patients, and the doctor-nurse-patient relationship better,we could combine other psychological interventions. |
