Objective:To explore the application effect of Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction(MBSR)on the anxiety level and quality of life of patients with primary liver cancer.Method:Collecting the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale SAS(Self-Rating Anxiety Scale SAS)of primary liver cancer patients admitted to the Department of Hepatobiliary Surgery in a tertiary A hospital in Changde from June2019 to December 2020 to understand the anxiety of patients with primary liver cancer in Changde Occurrence status, analyze the related influencing factors of anxiety in patients with primary liver cancer.According to the investigation results of the anxiety status of patients with primary liver cancer,72 patients with primary liver cancer meeting the inclusion criteria were selected as the research objects, and randomly grouped in the order of odd and even, that is,36 cases in the experimental group and 36 cases in the control group. The SAS scores of the two groups of patients were counted, and the Quality of Life Brief QOL-BREF(Quality of Life Brief QOL-BREF)was distributed to the two groups of patients.Patients in the control group received routine care for hepatobiliary surgery, including: admission assessment, pain care, preoperative education, diet guidance, activity and rest guidance, prevention of complications, and routine psychological care;patients in the experimental group received routine care for hepatobiliary surgery.Add a 6-week MBSR intervention.Six weeks later, the anxiety self-rating scale and quality of life scale were collected again between the two groups, and the anxiety status and quality of life scores of the two groups were compared.SPSS25.0 was used for data analysis.Results:1.Anxiety survey of patients with primary liver cancer has 172 valid SAS scoring scales(180 in total),of which 98 cases of anxiety occur, and the overall incidence is 56.9%.Multivariate analysis shows that age <60years old,no spouse, and low family income are An independent risk factor for anxiety in patients with primary liver cancer.2.Finally,36 patients were included in the experimental group and36 patients in the control group. Before the intervention, there was no statistically significant difference in general information,SAS score,QOL-BREF total score, and scores of each dimension between the two groups of patients, and the two groups were comparable(P>0.05).The total SAS score of the experimental group after intervention(49.23±1.73)was significantly lower than that before intervention(57.70±1.23),and the difference within the group was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total SAS score of the experimental group after intervention(49.23±1.73)was significantly lower than that of the control group(56.20±1.56),and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total SAS score of the patients in the control group after 6 weeks was slightly lower than that before admission, and there was no significant difference within the group(P>0.05).In the comparison within the QOL-BREF scale group, the total QOL-BREF score and the scores of physical,psychological,social/family and environmental conditions of the experimental group were improved after intervention, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The social/family status scores of the control group patients improved after 6 weeks, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after 6 weeks, the experimental group and the control group QOL-BREF total scores and various physical status, psychological status,social/social status The differences in family status and environmental status scores were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.High probability of anxiety in patients with primary liver cancer.Age,marital status, and family income are independent risk factors for anxiety in patients with primary liver cancer.2.Mindfulness decompression therapy can significantly reduce the anxiety level of patients with primary liver cancer and improve the quality of life of patients with primary liver cancer.
