Objective: dysfunction is one of the main pathologies in children with cerebral palsy,dysfunction recovery speed and recovery degree has a direct effect on children with cerebral palsy activities of daily living(ADL),this paper through the exercise of rehabilitation training combined with routine rehabilitation training on spastic cerebral palsy in children with upper limb movement function barrier hindering the improvement of the rehabilitation effect,rehabilitation treatment in children with spastic cerebral palsy of upper limb motor dysfunction for a good effect,short curative rehabilitation programs.Methods: This study selected 27 children with spastic cerebral palsy in children with cerebral palsy rehabilitation center of rehabilitation hospital of Sichuan province.The patients were randomly divided into 13 cases of exercise rehabilitation group(motor rehabilitation training and routine rehabilitation)and 14 cases of conventional rehabilitation group(conventional rehabilitation training).The two groups were given routine rehabilitation training,the study group was given exercise rehabilitation training on the basis of this study.Two groups respectively before and after rehabilitation 2 weeks,4 weeks after rehabilitation,rehabilitation after weeks,the end of rehabilitation(eighth weeks),the upper limb muscle strength test,Fugl-Meyer upper limb function test.The scores of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results:(1)there was no significant difference in FMA scores(P>0.05)between the rehabilitation group and the rehabilitation group().After 2 weeks of rehabilitation treatment,rehabilitation training group and routine rehabilitation group than in rehabilitation of FMA scores were increased,but no significant difference(P > 0.05);in the rehabilitation after 6weeks of treatment,the rehabilitation exercise group and routine rehabilitation group than rehabilitation of FMA scores improved significantly(P< 0.05),the rehabilitation exercise group is significantly higher than the conventional rehabilitation group the FMA score;in rehabilitation after 8 weeks of treatment,the rehabilitation exercise group and routine rehabilitation group than rehabilitation of FMA scores significantly improved(P< 0.05),the rehabilitation exercise group than the conventional rehabilitation group the FMA score increased significantly.(2)there was no significant difference(P>0.05)in muscle strength classification between the conventional rehabilitation group and the rehabilitation group before rehabilitation.After 2 weeks of rehabilitation therapy,exercise rehabilitation group and the conventional rehabilitation group than in rehabilitation of muscle strength grades were improved,but no significant difference(P > 0.05);in the rehabilitation after 6 weeks of treatment,the rehabilitation exercise group and routine rehabilitation group than rehabilitation of muscle strength grade increased significantly(P < 0.05),the rehabilitation exercise group is significantly higher than the conventional rehabilitation group strength grade;in the rehabilitation after 8 weeks of treatment,exercise rehabilitation group and the conventional rehabilitation group than rehabilitation of muscle strength grade increased significantly(P<0.05),the rehabilitation exercise group than the conventional rehabilitation group strength grade increased significantly.See Table 2 and figure 1.Conclusion:(1)after a period of rehabilitation treatment for 8 weeks,FMA score of two groups of children with cerebral palsy were significantly improved and rehabilitation exercise training group and routine rehabilitation training group compared FMA scores increased significantly that in conventional rehabilitation training and rehabilitation training can significantly improve the upper limb motor function in children with cerebral palsy.(2)after a period of rehabilitation treatment for 8 weeks,two groups of cerebral palsy patients with muscle strength ratings were significantly improved and rehabilitation exercise training group and routine rehabilitation training group compared strength rating significantly increased that in conventional rehabilitation training and rehabilitation training can significantly improve cerebral palsy children with upper limb muscle strength level.
