The Clinical Observation About Chinese Medicine With Auricular Points Treatment Of (Kidney Liver Depression Syndrome) PCOS Of Irregular Menstruation

Purpose: To observe the side joint points and kinds of jade soup treating polycystic ovary syndrome(kidney liver depression syndrome)clinical curative effect,researching the internal and external combined therapy to treat the disease,for clinical treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome(kidney liver depression syndrome)provides a new method.Method: Screen out up to the standard of this disease,72 cases of patients,according to the "random number table" random grouping principle divided into trial group and control group,each group the number of cases are in 36 cases.Experimental group: with the fitting and jade soup and common treatment system,and kinds of jade boiling soup juice 300 ml,a dose of daily,morning and evening temperature,take 3 weeks for a period of treatment,the treatment of three menstrual cycles in a row.And the king not to leave seed,liver,spleen,kidney,lung,ovary,uterus(genitals)and endocrine cavity pressure,such as fixed middle-late massage every 15 minutes earlier,not regular press at the same time,in 5 to 7 days.Treatment charge patients pay attention to the menstrual health at the same time,the cold weather keep warm,eating well,and modern.To strengthen physical exercise at ordinary times.Control group: pure and kind of jade soup treatment,method with before.Two groups of patients during drug shall add other drugs.The symptoms of patients before and after medication was observed and curative effect evaluation.Result: Experimental group and the control group(n = 36 patients,after a course of treatment,treatment group: 3 cases cured,cure rate 8.33%;21 cases had marked effect,show the efficiency of 58.33%;10 cases of effective,effective rate was 27.78%;Invalid in 2 cases,inefficient 5.56%,total effective rate was 94.44%,and the control group: healing in 2 cases,cure rate 5.56%;6 cases had marked effect,show the efficiency of 16.67%;23 cases effectively,effective rate was 63.89%;Invalid in 5 cases,no efficiency by 13.89%,total effective rate was 86.11%,and the comparison of efficacy between the two groups had difference(P < 0.05),the experimental group is better than the control group.Conclusion: Joint points and kinds of jade soup treating polycystic ovary syndrome(kidney liver depression syndrome)and simple treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome(kidney liver depression syndrome)has good curative effect,and joint points and kinds of jade soup effect better.
