The Clinical Research Of Acupuncture Combined With Jianpi Rongluo Decoction In The Treatment Of Diabetic Gastroparesis (Spleen And Stomach Weak Card)

Purpose: Institute of the application of the method is the therapy combined with the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine treatment,validation and offering incense sand with acupuncture point method that 6 gentleman decoction in the treatment of diabetic gastroparesis(spleen weakness)in curative effect,observe its clinical response,confirm the needle medicine combination therapy in the treatment of diabetic gastroparesis in therapeutic effect.Method:In changchun university of Chinese medicine affiliated hospital endocrinology,changchun university of Chinese medicine treatment area and clinic department outpatient service and cure the patients,choose up to the standard of diagnosis and treatment and in 60 cases,were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,30 cases in each group.Control group and treatment group under the precondition of foundation treatment,respectively,with many Pan Li ketone oral therapy and acupuncture + sand six gentlemen decoction,4 weeks for a treatment cycle.Closely monitored during the tests before and after treatment in patients with general condition and symptoms,such as physical and chemical inspection results,and the improvement of clinical symptoms,document and statistical evaluation.Result: After 4 weeks of treatment,to compare the treatment group and control group in the data,the results showed that the treatment efficiency of treatment group was obviously higher than that of control group,with significant difference(P < 0.05).Moreover,two groups of patients with clinical symptoms of TCM,gastric emptying test indicators are compared with before treatment were obviously improved,with significant difference(P < 0.05).During the treatment,two groups of any adverse events did not happen.Clinical total effective rate:treatment group total effective rate was 93.4%,control group total effective rate was 73.3%.As a result,can be concluded that acupuncture combined amomum 6 gentleman decoction treatment of diabetic gastroparesis has certain therapeutic effect in clinic.Conclusion:Acupuncture combined amomum 6 gentleman decoction in the treatment of diabetic gastroparesis(spleen weakness card)the curative effect is distinct,can shorten the gastric emptying time,improve the patients clinical symptoms,enhance patient gastric dynamics.Illustrate that the traditional Chinese medicine therapy for diabetic gastroparesis indeed has certain curative effect,worthy of further in-depth research and clinical promotion.
