Objective: to study the Tertiary lymphoid structure(TLS) expression and clinical significance in breast cancer.Method:(1) screening of nanhua university second affiliated hospital of mammary gland thyroid surgery postoperative pathological diagnosis of breast lumps of infiltrating ductal carcinoma tissue specimens of 73 cases to serial section 9 sheets and sequentially numbered 1 ~ 9;(2) number 1 biopsy as control group, the number 2 ~ 7 biopsy as experimental group, number 8, 9. Set aside.Control group and PBS incubation after two color resistance, the experimental group respectively and CD3, CD20, CD21, BCL- 6, CD62 L, Pokemon after incubation two color.Determination of T cells, B cells, DC, the GC B cells, HEV, Pokemon protein expression rate.(3) the same specimens, the same area, CD3, CD20, CD21, BCL- 6, CD62 L are all positive expression and arranged according to certain standard to determine the TLS, setting the TLS positive as group A, the TLS negative set as group B, comparison between the two groups of patients age, tumor size, lymph node metastasis, the diameter of histopathologic grading, p TNM staging, Pokemon protein expression.(4) all the experiment data by using SPSS18.0 statistical software to analyze the experimental data processing.Inspection level by alpha = 0.05, P < 0.05 statistically significant.processing.Results :(1) the control group and PBS did not see positive expression.In the experimental group T cells, B cells, DC, the GC B cells, HEV, Pokemon expression rate in breast cancer tissue were 90.41%(66/73), 67.12%(49/73), 53.42%(39/73), 42.47%(31/73), 45.21%(33/73), 73.98%(54/73).(2) the TLS in breast cancer tissue in the positive expression rate was 39.73%(29/73).Compared with group B, group A lymph node metastasis positive rate decreased significantly, and has significant difference(P < 0.05), significantly lower p TNM staging of group A, and has significant difference(P < 0.05), group A histopathologic grading high differentiation rate increased, and the difference is significant(P < 0.05), group A Pokemon protein high strong positive expression rate significantly decreased, and the difference is significant(P < 0.01);Group A compared with group B patients age, and the size of the breast tumor diameter, no significant difference(P > 0.05).Conclusions:1: The expression of TLS may inhibit progression and metastasis of breast invasive ductal carcinoma, the prognosis of patients with TLS might as one of the indicators. 2: TLS may negatively related to the Pokemon protein expression.
