Objective:To observe the clinical effect of YiMai Granule in treating patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome of stable angina pectoris and its influence on the quality of life of the patients, and explore its mechanism and provide basis for clinical drug use in the future.Methods:Select 60 patients met the inclusion criteria as the research object and randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group of 30 cases. The observation group in the conventional western medicine treatment with traditional Chinese medicine preparation of Yimai granule, the control group was given conventional western medicine treatment, after 4 courses of treatment, in before and after treatment, compared two groups of patients with ECG curative effect, TCM syndrome integral, the curative effect of TCM syndrome, blood lipid, protein fiber, left ventricular ejection ejection fraction and exercise tolerance, changes in quality of life and safety indicators and statistical analysis.Results:1.ECG: After 8 weeks of treatment between the two groups, the observation group the total effective rate of ECG was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.TCM syndrome integral : There was no statistical difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05). After treatment, the two group was significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.01), and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.01).3.Curative effect of Chinese medicine syndrome: After treatment, the improvement of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms in observation group was better than that of control group(P<0.05).4.Blood fat: there was no statistical difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05). After treatment, the two groups of patients with TC, TG, LDL-C than before treatment significantly decreased(P<0.01), HDL-C significantly increased(P<0.01). After treatment, the improvement of LDL-C, TC, HLD-C and TG in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).5.Fibrous protein(FIB): There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05). After treatment, the two groups of patients with FIB were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.01), the reduction of FIB in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).6.Left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF): There was no difference in LVEF between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05). After treatment, two groups of LVEF were significantly higher than before treatment(P<0.01), and the observation group increased significantly than the control group(P<0.01).7.Exercise tolerance: Before treatment, there was no significant difference between the two groups in 6 minutes walking distance and myocardial oxygen consumption(P > 0.05). After treatment, the two groups of patients 6 minutes walking distance significantly increased compared with before treatment(P<0.01), myocardial oxygen consumption was significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.01), and the improvement of the observation group was better than the control group.8.Quality of life: Before treatment, table in the SAQ scores indicate that, the patients in the two groups in physical limitation(PL), angina stability scale(AS), angina frequency(AF), treatment satisfaction(TS) and disease perception scale(DP), there is no difference(P>0.05). After treatment, the two groups of patients in PL, AS, AF, TS, DP scores were significantly higher than before treatment(P<0.01), and the observation group in the PL, AS, AF, TS, DP improvement were significantly better than the control group(P<0.01).9. Safety index: There were no serious adverse reactions in the two groups of patients, the blood routine examination, stool routine, routine urianlysis, liver and renal function were not obviously abnormal.Conclusion:This study demonstrated Yi Mai Granule can improve the aged patients with deficiency of Qi and blood stasis in patients with angina pectoris electrocardiogram(ECG) and the curative effect of TCM syndrome, regulate the level of blood lipid, decrease the content of FIB and improve left ventricular ejection function, increase exercise tolerance, improve the quality of life, and the drug in the experiment did not appear adverse reactions, with good security.
