Phlegm And Blood Stasis And Coronary Heart Disease Stable Angina And Qi Deficiency Syndrome, Blood Stasis And Survival Quality Correlation Studies

Purpose：To explore the Characteristics and laws of Quality of life beforeand after treatment of coronary heart disease (CHD)caused stable angina pectoriswith Qi deficiency and blood stasis(QDBS) and Phlegm and blood stasis(PBS), toprovide references for Clinical treatment and psychological counseling afterdisease of CHD.Material and method：120patients, whose diagnosis measured to thediagnostic standard and the inclusion criteria of angina pectoris and CHD, wereclassified according to their TCM syndrome type to two groups, the QDBS(60cases)and the PBS(60cases). TCM characteristic of quality of life scale of Anginapectoris of coronary heart disease and The Seattle Angina Questionnaire(SAQ)was conducted on all the patients before treatment.Observe(1)The differencesbetween the two groups,including gender, age, height, weight, comorbidity,previous medical history, medication;(2)The reason of angina pectoris;(3)Comparison of quality of life in the two groups;(4)Change of quality of lifein the two groups before and after treatment.Results：(1)Therearenodifferencesingander、age、height、weight、comorbidity、previous medical history、medication(p>0.05);(2);(3) Body activitylimitation,attack of angina pectoris, satisfaction of treatment and subjectivefeeling of disease in the two groups don’t have obviousdifferences(P>0.05);(4)Comparing with improvements of clinical symptoms andquality of life improvement by8weeks of treatment in the two groups, treatmentgroup is more better than control group(p<0.05).Conclusion：Comparing with PBS,QDBS has more serious body activitylimitation,more frequent angina pectoris,more severe coronary artery disease and worse satisfaction with treatment.QDBS is a more serious stage of TCMsyndrome development of coronary heart disease.
