Objective: This study is based on professor shu-wen ding treats atrial premature beat syndrome of outpatient records.It sets up respectively symptom databases and formulas databases and uses a variety of data mining statistical method to mine the implicit information in diagnosis and speculation that professor ding treats atrial premature beat syndrome.Methods:1.Based on professor ding,outpatients with premature beat syndrome,the study sets up symptom information databases and the formulas databases.2.Using frequency analysis,clustering analysis,and K- center cluster analysis to mine professor ding’special understanding of syndrome and key symptoms.3.Using the principal component analysis and factor analysis to research syndrome differentiation of atrial premature beat syndrome to provide a new way of thinking for the treatment of premature beat.4.Using the inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine auxiliary platform system to mine the implied information in the compatibility of medicines that professor ding treats atrial premature beat syndrome.Result:1.Professor ding is most concerned about palpitate, chest tightness, fatigue, sweat out of all syndromes, especially the sweat out.2.Atrial premature beat syndrome,for the center with sweat, is adeficiency syndrome,the main pathogenesis are Qi deficiency, Yin deficiency,and internal heat.3.Professor ding thinks that atrial premature beat syndrome roughly divides into two classes: Yin deficiency and Fire hyperactivity 、 disharmony between Ying and Wei syndrome; Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome.4.Professor ding treats Yin deficiency and Fire hyperactivity、disharmony between Ying and Wei syndrome in Danggui Liuhuang Decoction and Erxian Decoction;he treats Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome in huangqi Shengmai Powder and zhigancao Decoction.Conclusion:Through the establishment of symptoms and prescription databases, the study uses many data mining techniques to mine many implicit information of professor shu-wen ding treats atrial premature beat syndrome symptoms 。What more,it provides a guiding significance to the clinical diagnosis and treatment and promotes the development of experiences of the modern name old doctors of traditional Chinese medicine.
