Based On The Data Mining System,summarize The Medication Rule Of Professor Huang Yongsheng For Treating Ventricular Premature Beat

Objective: To analyze the regularity and characteristics of VA treatment and summarize the experience of VA treatmentMethods: Collect the medical records of premature ventricular beats treated by the supervisor,select the effective cases according to the volume discharge criteria,and record the basic information and prescription.Using the TCM inheritance auxiliary platform(V2.5)and Excel table,Establish patient statistical database to provide basic information symptom frequency drug frequency 4 and 5 drugs meridian analysis drug trust among main drug combinations,and the new prescription combination.Results:1.Basic information statistics of patients: A total of 200 patients participated,including 68 males and 132 females.The minimum age is 20 and the maximum age is 89..2.Statistics of symptom frequency: The common symptoms of 607 patients were palpitation,chest tightness,fatigue and sleep disorder.3.Statistics of syndrome type frequency: For the medical records of 607 cases,the common syndrome types were Yang deficiency and cold coagulation(40.0%),Yin deficiency and blood stasis(27.0%),qi and Yin deficiency(18.5%),qi stagnation and blood stasis(7.5%),and phlegm and blood stasis mixing(7.0%).4.A total of 607 prescriptions were recorded in this study,including 94 drugs for treating ventricular premature beats,and the first 24 drugs were used,as follows: salvia,fructus amomi,green tangerine peel,fructus aurantii,semen zizyphi spinosae,magnetite,lignum acronychiae,pyrrosia lingua,ligusticum wallichii,dried tangerine,atractylodes,cangshu,astragalus mongholicuscaulis,bombyx batryticatus,cicada slough,radix aconiti carmichaeli,mangnolia officinalis,amethyst,caulis polygoni multiflora,cortex albizziae,the fruit of Chinese wolfberry,lily,Chinese yam,fructus corni.5.Statistics of four gas of common drugs: warm(52.08%),cold(23.15%),flat(19.57%),hot(4.51%),cool(0.68%).6.Statistics from the five flavors of common drugs: spicy(31.89%),sweet(27.20%),bitter(26.19%),sour(7.02%),salty(5.94%),and astringent(1.76%).7.Statistics of commonly used drugs: liver(21.79%),spleen(15.52%),heart(14.05%),stomach(12.68%),kidney(12.09%),lung(10.58%),bile(5.29%),large intestine(3.34%),bladder(2.29%),pericardium(1.97%),trijiao(0.39%),small bowel meridian(0.01%).8.Analysis of drug use patterns: a total of 122 drug models were obtained,including 13 traditional Chinese medicines,namely: salvia,fructus amomi,fructus aurantii,green tangerine peel,semen zizyphi spinosae,magnetite,lignum acronychiae,astragalus mongholicuscaulis,atractylodes,cangshu,dried tangerine,ligusticum wallichii,pyrrosia lingua.9.Based on the results of entropy cluster analysis of complex system: 6 drug core combinations were obtained,and 3 new prescriptions were obtained from the cluster analysis:(1)Dogwood,jujube,codonopsis,bitter ginseng,licorice;(2)Salvia,fructus amomi,poria,rederia,magnet,ripe rehmannia;(3)Amethyst,cortex albizziae,cangshu,lily,astragalus mongholicus,caulis polygoni multiflori.Conclusion:1.Salvia,fructus amomi,fructus aurantii,green tangerine peel,semen zizyphi spinosae,magnetite,lignum acronychiae,astragalus mongholicuscaulis,atractylodes,cangshu,dried tangerine,ligusticum wallichii,pyrrosia lingua are the core drug for Professor Huang Yongsheng to treat ventricular premature,which embodies the principle of simultaneous treatment of qi and blood.2.Commonused drug combinations are lignum acronychiae-salvia-fructus amomi,astragalus mongholicus-atractylodes-cangshu,ligusticum wallichii-pyrrosia lingua.etc.3.The tutor’s academic idea of treating ventricular premature beats is to promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis,traffic heart and kidney,and relieve liver and regulate qi.4.Six drug core combinations and three novel prescriptions were obtained by entropy clustering analysis.
