The Theory And Clinical Research On Qi And Yin Deficiency Type Of Sjogren’s Syndrome From Water Metabolism

Objective:The topic is to investigate the relationship between water metabolism and primary dry syndrome through the study of water metabolism theory,also to provide the ideas and methods of clinical treatment of Qi and yin deficiency type of dry syndrome,through the study of the theory of the disease name, etiology and pathogenesis of the disease and treatment.Methods: This paper mainly discusses the fllowing two parts.The first part, to discusse the name、etiology and pathogenesisof dry syndrome through the search of the literature at home and abroad.To set Shengjinrunzao decoction based on the theory of water fluid metabolism.The second part, to study 50 patients with Qi and yin deficiency type of dry syndrome.The patients were randomly divided into two groups, 25 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated by Shengjinrunzao decoction with Hydroxychloroquine Sulfate Tablets, Total Glucosides of Paeony Capsules.The control group was treated by Hydroxychloroquine Sulfate Tablets and Total Glucosides of Paeony Capsules.The course of treatment was 12 weeks.We recorded the patients’ ESSDAI score, TCM syndrome score, laboratory index changes, etc. before and after treatment and evaluation of therapeutic effect combined treatment data.Results: Through the summary of the research data,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 72%,the other group was 60%.The treatment group were significantly different in the dry, dry mouth, anorexia, hand and foot fever, fatigue, joint pain than before treatment(P<0.05).There were no significant differences between the two groups before and after treatment on skin dry, dry stool, joint swelling(P>0.05).The two groups of ESR, IgG, RF were statistically significant, there was a significant improvement(P<0.05).In the treatment group, only one case of SSB was found to improve, while the changes of ANA and SSA in the two groups were not significant.Conclusion: The clinical study was to dryness in the water metabolism theory.The method adopted is Qingzao fluid, supplementing qi and nourishing yin.The prescription can effectively improve the patients with dry eyes, dry mouth and other symptoms, while improving the quality of life.The results of the study suggest that dryness has the role of immune regulation, has certain clinical significance.
