Therapeutic Effect Of Jingqianping Granule In Treatmentof The Liver-qi Invasion Of Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder

Objective:To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of jingqianping granule,fuxiting and anweiji in treatment of the liver-qi invasion of PMDD.This paper observethe relationship between mechanism of Liver governing regulating and adjusting emotions and pathogenesis of PMDD. This made the medicine more targeted and Prove that the thought of treatment based on syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of PMDD diseases with inverse the advantage.To clarify treated from liver PMDD diseases with inverse certificate, provide sufficient experimental and scientific basis.Method:Through clinical epidemiological investigation and basing on series of prophase research on premenstrual syndrome with invasion of the hyperaetive liver-qi,50 cases(18-45 years old) met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into 3 groups,therapeutic group treated with Jingqianping granule, control group treated with placebo and anweiji for 3 menstrual cycles. Reaseareher completed symptom form and DRSP score form 3 times. Use software SPSS17.0 to analyze all the dates and results, and compare the clinical therapeutic effect of three groups treating the liver-qi invasion of PMDD.Result: 1. Through theanalysis of DRSP result : Through the disease differentiation and treatment variation of liver-qi invasion of PMDD, fuxiting having a significant role to relieve most of the symptoms(P<0.01), jingqianping lessening some symptoms, anweiji only easing individual symptom, It shows the efficacy of fuxiting is better than jingqianping by treatment disease of liver-qi invasion of PMDD. 2.Through the analysis of symptoms result: Through the syndrome differentiation and treatment variation of liver-qi invasion of PMDD, all symptoms and overall treatment that liver-qi invasion of PMDD was treated by jingqianping granule has obvious curative effect(P<0.01).Fuxiting has a significant effect on some psychiatric symptoms, but anweiji only have a certain effect on lessening the feeling of fullness in the head. It shows the efficacy of jingqianping is better than fuxiting by treatment variation of liver-qi invasion of PMDD.Conclusion: Through the analysis of syndrome and disease differentiation and treatment variation to cure PMDD: jingqianping and fuxiting are differently qualified. Through the analysis of syndrome differentiation and treatment variation, Jingqianping granule can significantly relieve PMDD liver-qi invasion. Jingqianping granule is traditional Chinese medicine,which is developed according to the subtype of PMDD- liver-qi invasion. It reflects the idea of the analysis of syndrome differentiation and treatment variation. Through the analysis of syndrome differentiation and treatment variation, the efficacy is more significant; it proves the mechanism to cure PMDD via liver. Without differentiate the subtypes of PMDD, fuxiting severely reduces the efficacy of the treatment of PMDD liver-qi invasion. But from the perspective of the analysis of disease differentiation and treatment variation, fuxiting showes more effective. Anweiji has a certain effect on certain symptoms of PMDD liver-qi invasion.
