Children Allergic Purpura Clinical Efficacy Treatment Of Yiqihuoxue

Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of pediatric recurrent purpura(skin type) self Yiqihuoxue side treatment, to investigate its mechanism of action, to provide reference for clinical treatment.Methods: 37 cases of children with the information included in the study will be credited to a self-designed questionnaire, collating the data, using SPSS statistical software for statistical analysis of its clinical efficacy, symptoms improved integration and follow-up results, etc., and to explore its effect mechanism.Results: Treatment of children Yiqihuoxue recurrent purpura(skin type), the total efficiency of 94.59%; average credit before and after treatment of symptoms were significantly different(P <0.05), total score before and after treatment symptoms and signs, purpura distribution there were significant differences(P <0.05) points, purpura duration of integration, the number of iterations purpura points and general points, etc.; up six months, 35 cases of clinically effective treatment of children with no secondary kidney damage, but 2 patients had recurrent purpura.Conclusion: Yiqi Recipe-treated children with recurrent purpura(cutaneous) clinically effective, can significantly improve the clinical symptoms, especially in improving purpura distribution, duration, number of repetitions and other aspects of a significant effect, worthy of further research and application.
