| Objective: The objective of this study is to observe the therapeutic effect of osteomyelitis washing Ⅱ on the local inflammation of chronic osteomyelitis patients and make preliminary analysis on it’s mechanism,so as to sum up the more effective treatment options.Methods:40 cases of chronic osteomyelitis in Luoyang Bone-setting Hospital of Henan Province throughout 2015 were treated as the observation cases which were randomly divided into two groups.In addition to the basic treatment,the treatment group with Chinese medicine washing and control group with routine surgical treatment were observed two courses.And it is necessary to compare the differences in total effective rate,local swelling,granulation tissue,wound secretions and bacteria culture etc.Results: Comparison of two groups of tests on the main symptoms and signs,which is statistically significant(P<0.05).Osteomyelitis washing Ⅱ can effectively control the local symptoms and signs of patients such as relieve local pain,swelling,reduce the quantity of secretion,inhibit bacterial growth,promote the growth of granulation tissue,and there is a significant difference with the control group.Conclusion: The osteomyelitis washing Ⅱ has excellent clinical effects on treating chronic osteomyelitis(Toxic heat accumulation syndrome). |
