Add Vedan Shou Decoction In Combination With Active Immunization Therpy Clinical Study Of IVF-ET Recurrent Pregnancy Loss

Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Add Vedan Shou decoction in combination with active immunization therpy for IVF-ET recurrent pregnancy loss.Methods: In July 2014 to February 2016 in henan hospital of traditional Chinese medicine the first affiliated hospital of reproductive medicine clinics,150 cases of patients with IVF-ET recurrent pregnancy loss were randomly divided into the A,B,C group,50 cases in each group.For the treatment group with active immune joint Add Vedan Shou decoction treatment,B,C group are all in the control group respectively with Add Vedan Shou decoction and active immunotherapy to contrast.Three groups' blood HCG levels in 14 days and 28 days clinical pregnancy,implantation rate after transplantation were observed;Three groups after treatment were observed at 28 days after transplantation,Th1 type cytokine IFN-,IL-2 levels,Th2 type cytokines IL-4,IL-6 levels,Th1/Th2 levels;Three groups after treatment symptom score situation.Results:(1)The level of ?-HCG at 14 days after transplantation in A group was 579.98 ± 295.67,B group was 409.17 ± 291.55,C group was 397.66 ± 287.69;The clinical pregnancy and implantation rates were 42.6%,24.2% in group A,group B 26.1%,23.9%,group C 23.9%,14.6% at 28 days after transplantation.Compared with the level of ?-HCG at 14 days after transplantation,clinical pregnancy rate,embryo implantation rate after 28 days of transplantation in the three groups,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(2)After treatment,the levels of IL-4 and IL-6 in group A and IL-2 were significantly decreased,and the levels of and IFN-were decreased significantly compared with B group and C group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(3)TCM syndrome after treatment group A average score was s6.2±4.6,the effective rate was 87.2%;Group B after treatment of TCM syndrome integral was6.5±3.9,the effective rate of 63%,group C after treatment of TCM syndrome score wa9.7±5.1 on average,effective rate was 47.8%,Group A and group C after treatment of TCM syndrome integral and efficient comparison,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),Group A and group B after treatment of TCM syndrome integral,efficient and no statistically significant difference(P?0.05).Conclusion:(1)Add Vedan Shou decoction combined with active immunotherapy can significantly improve the IVF-ET repeated pregnancy failure patients with ?-HCG level,clinical pregnancy rate,embryo implantation rate,better than the simple western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine treatment.(2)Add Vedan Shou decoction combined with active immunotherapy can reduce the levels of Th1 type cytokines,improve the level of Th2 type cytokines,improve the IVF-ET recurrent pregnancy in maternal fetal interface of patients with immune tolerance function failure.(3)Add Vedan Shou decoction combined with active immunotherapy improve the traditional Chinese medicine syndromes of IVF-ET patients with recurrent pregnancy failure.
