Effects Of Guiqi Tongmai Soup On Oxidized Low Density Lipoprotein And Adiponectin Of Arteriosclerosis Obliterans Rabbits’ Model

Objective:1.Successfully maded up the rabbit model of atherosclerosis obliterans(ASO).2.With animal experiments,observe the Guiqi Tongmai Soup having an effect on the rabbit model of atherosclerosis obliterans of serum total cholesterol(CHO)、triglyceride(TG)、high density lipoprotein(HDL)、 low-density lipoprotein(LDL)、 oxidized low density lipoprotein(OX-LDL),and adiponectin(APN),to explorethe the mechanism of thetreatment of the soup treated arteriosclerosis obliterans.Methods:Taking the associate means of “machanical injury” 、 “immune injury”and “high 一 fat diet” seted up the rabbit model of atherosclerosis obliterans(ASO).Twenty-four sucessful model of New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into three groups:the blank group,treated with nomal saline(NS),10mL/kg/d,by gavage;the chinese medince group were geiven guiqi tongmai soup with a concentration of 0.4g chinese medince/mL,10mL/kg/d,by gavage;the western group were reicved cilostazol capsule with a consentration of 0.03 mg western medince/mL,10mL/kg/d.After 16 weeks,the model were confirmed whether sucessful or not by observeded behavior in the nofmal life,and tested serum total cholesterol(CHO),triglyceride(TG),low-density lipoprotein(LDL),high density lipoprotein(HDL),tested the level of oxidized low density lipoprotein(OX-LDL)and adiponectin(APN)by the means of enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),and observed the pathological section of HE.Treated for 4 weeks tested the upper indexes again.Results:1.The rabbits model of ASO were sucessfuly established.2.The Guiqi Tongmai Soup can decline the level of serum total cholesterol(CHO),triglyceride(TG),low-density lipoprotein(LDL),oxidized low density lipoprotein(OX-LDL)of the rabbits with atherosclerosis obliterans(ASO),and rise the level of theris’ adiponectin(APN),what’s more,The Guiqi Tongmai Soup dose not has a significant differance when compaired with the consentration capsule group.Conlusion:1.With the combined means of “machanical injury”、“immune injury”and “high 一 fat diet” the rabbit model of atherosclerosis obliterans(ASO)coudle be succesfully established.2.The mechanism of the guiqi tongmai soup treated theatherosclerosis obliterans(ASO)was declining the level of TC,TG,LDL,OX-LDL,and rising theirs’ APN,and had the same curative effects with consentration.
