| Objective:By observing the change of Borneol safflower liquor agents with Rehabilitation Training group and rehabilitation group on swelling,pain,upper limb motor function parameters,Symptom score before and after treatment of early shoulder-hand Syndrome(Hot obstruct blood stasis syndrome),Preliminary Study clinical efficacy,superiority,security on external therapy Combined with Rehabilitation Training early shoulder-hand Syndrome.Methods:We selected 60 cases of early shoulder-hand Syndrome(Hot obstruct blood stasis syndrome)patients met the inclusion criteria from First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine patient in encephalopathy hospital,and divided into two groups(the treatment group:external therapy Combined with Rehabilitation Training,and the control group:rehabilitation group alone),30 cases in each group,The treatment group were given basic treatment+rehabilitation Training+Borneol safflower liquor agents,the control group were given The first two treatments without Borneol safflower liquor agents,treat for 2 weeks.Both sets of patients were evaluated by points changes before and after treatment with a swelling score,visual analogue pain score(VAS),Fugl-Meyer upper limb motor function the simplifies rating scale score(FMA)to compare the before and after treatment in edema,pain and upper limb motor function and other aspects.Results:1,Two groups of patients in general data(age,duration,etiology,pathogenesis times)were significantly different(P>0.05),the two groups have Comparable,Treatment group have 12 marked cases,15 Improvemen cases,3 patient case.The total efficiency is 90.00%.the control group have 3 marked cases,20 Improvemen cases,7 patient cases,The total efficiency is 76.67%,Compare the overall efficacy of the two groups,Borneo]safflower liquor agents group and simple rehabilitation training group had significant difference(P<0.05),The results showed that the Borneol safflower liquor agents combined with rehabilitation group was significantly better than rehabilitation training group.2,For swelling Rating,After treatment,There was significant difference(P<0.05)than before treatment between treatment group and control group.But there is more difference between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).3,For pain scores,There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment VAS scores(P>0.05),After treatment,compared to before treatment have highly significant difference(P<0.05),And the effect of reducing the pain of the treatment group is better than the control group(P<0.05).4,For upper limb motor function score:before treatment,Upper extremity simplify FMA rates among groups showed no significant difference(P>0.05).after each group be treated there were significantly different(P<0.05)before treatment in Upper extremity simplify FMA score.after treatment,There was a significant difference between Borneol safflower liquor agents combined with rehabilitation training group and rehabilitation training alone group in FMA score(P<0.05).5,For Syndrome Evaluation,There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group before treatment in traditional Chinese medicine syndrome(P>0.05),It can have a comparative,compared two groups of patients,There are differences between before treatment and after treatment in symptom scores of TCM(P<0.05),There are more differences than the control group in the treatment group symptom scores(P<0.05).Conclusion:SHS after stroke in patients taking external therapy combined with rehabilitation training or rehabilitation alone can effectively reduce their swelling,pain,improve upper limb motor function,improve the clinical symptoms,External Therapy Rehabilitation Training group was significantly better than rehabilitation training group,External Therapy Rehabilitation Training has a good synergistic effect in the treatment of post-stroke shoulder-hand syndrome,can improve the overall clinical efficacy,At the same time safe and reliable. |
