Clinical Observation On The Effect Of Treating Bone Metastasis Of Kidney Deficiency Type Of Breast Cancer With Yishen Decoction

Objective:To observe the effect of Yishen Decoction Combined with appli cation to Yuzuo phosphonic acid injection in the clinical curative effect o f kidney deficiency type bone metastasis of breast cancer.Methods:Kidney deficiency type of breast cancer bone metastasis collecte d conforms to the diagnosis standard of 60 patients. The principle of ran dom digital table allocation is divided into two groups:the treatment gr oup 30 cases and control group of 30 cases,the treatment group treated wit h Yishen Decoction, with traditional Chinese medicine granules (999 card s, purchased from the Third Affiliated Hospital of Henan College of Traditi onal Chinese Medicine), and according to t- he prescribed dosage,1 dosed aily, sooner or later each time; And the infusion of zoledronic acid injectio n 4mg (sunny, with 0.9% Yota) Sodium Chloride Injection 100ml, continue d intravenous infusion of 15-30min,1 times every 4 weeks, clinical effi cacy was observed after 4 weeks. The control group used alone (Zoledroni c Acid Injection, dose, frequency of 1). The treatment time e-very 4 weeks for 1 courses of treatment, After the end of treatment were observed in the treatment group and control group before and after t he change of the degree of pain relief, quality of life index,TCM sym ptom score, before and after treatment in patients with ECT, CT, X-ray con trast examination and imaging, and the results were statistically analyze d.Results:Before treatment, two groups of patients in age, degree of pain, K PS score, TCM symptoms, radiographic examination by statistical analysi s, no significant difference compared with the feasibility. After the end of t reatment, two patients had different degrees of improvement, the treatment group was better than the control group in the over all effect, an d the side effects were mild.Conclusion:1.Yishen Decoction Combined with zoledronic acid injecti on in the treatment of kidney deficiency type of breast cancer bone metastasis can significantly improve the clinical efficacy, improve pati ents with kidney deficiency.2. This study indicated that Chinese medici ne can improve the metabolism of the bone micro vironment, inhibited both osteoclasts on bone dissolution, and improved the activity of bo ne cells, relieve metastatic bone cancer pain and improve the quality of life of patients; And it can promote the recovery of the bone lesio ns, slow down the progress of the disease.
