Objective:This study aims to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Shuganyunpi Prescription on Diarrhea Irritable Bowel Syndrome of Liver-depression and Spleen-deficiency,and then to provide clinical evidence for the further use and promotion of Shuganyunpi Prescription in the future.Methods: This study selects 60 patients who are confirmed to be with syndrome of liver-depression and spleen-deficiency from all the cases of diarrhea occurred from April,2015 to January,2016 in Liver spleen and stomach department of Anyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.This selection accords with the diagnostic criteria of Roman Ⅲ in IBS.Then they are randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,each of which contains 30 cases.Before treatment,the two groups were statistically analyzed in terms of gender,age,duration,total symptom score,no significant difference.In the treatment group,patients are treated by Shuganyunpi Prescription,while in the control group,patients are given medical treatment by the solid pill of Gu Chang Zhi Xie Wan.Both treatments last 4 weeks simultaneously and respectively.Result:(1)the clinical total effective rate: The clinical total effective rate of the treatment group and that of the control group are respectively 86.67% and 70.00%.It is clear that the former is higher that the latter.But through statistical analysis,the differences in the clinical total effective rate in both groups are not significant(P>0.05).(2)TCM symptom score comparison: two groups of patients after treatment in improving syndromes total score significantly better than before treatment(P<0.0l),and the treatment group candidates total score better than the control group in improving syndromes(P<0.05).After treatment in improving the number of diarrhea,loss of appetite,malaise,fatigue aspect with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Improving stool consistency,abdominal pain or discomfort respect to the control group the difference was statistically significant significance(P<0.0l);improving two threatened fullness,good Taixi aspects of the control group had no significant difference(P>0.05).(3)Comparative safety: two groups of patients were taking medication during the emergence of cases of drug allergy and intolerance,found no significant side effects,good safety.Conclusion:(1)improved Liver Spleen stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome in order diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome in patients with abdominal pain,stool,loss of appetite and other symptoms,more effective than the control group,is feasible.(2)Liver Spleen party in the course of treatment in patients with no obvious side effects,good security.
