| ObjectiveTo observe the clinical curative effect on the treatment of Cervical Vertigo, compared releasing acupoints around neck by acupotomy with releasing surrounding soft tissue as the shape of “the little T”,afterwards to investigate relavant mechanism and therapy, to provide a secure, reliable and effective clinical therapy and diagnosis biasis.Methods60 patients who were diagnosed with Cervical Vertigo standardly were divided into two groups,in the randomized controlled way,one is a treatment group in which 30 patients were treated by releasing acupoints around neck with acupotomy. another is a control group in which 30 patients were treated by releasing surrounding soft tissue as the shape of “the little T”.All patients was treated 5days a time, three times are a course of treatment.3 daies after the full course of treatment,we also had the curative effect evaluation. We observed the numerical difference in Cervical Vertigo symptoms and functional assessment scales and Cervical Sympathetic symptoms assessment scales before and after the treatment with two different therapeutic regimens, then dealt with the clinical data in statistical methods and observed if there was statistical significance.ResultsAfter the treatment, in the treatment group:2 cases were cured, 18 cases markedly effective, 9 cases improved, 1 case ineffective, the total effective rate was 96.67%.in the control group :1 cases were cured,11 cases markedly effective, 16 cases improved, 2 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 93.33%.ConclusionThe treatment for Cervical Vertigo by releasing acupoints around neck with acupotomy and releasing surrounding soft tissue as the shape of “the little T” have an exact clinical effect, and the differences in the two treatments have no statistical significance observed in the short period of time. But the treatment by releasing acupoints around neck by acupotomy is safer, faster, and can be operated repeatedly, so it is an ideal treatment method, which is suggested to be performed widely clinically. |
