Clinical Study On The New Scheme Of Needle Knife Release In The Treatment Of Neck Type Cervical Spondylosis Based On The “Hengluo Unknotting”Method

Objective: Based on the“Hengluo unknotting”method,which was stemmed from a classic of traditional Chinese medicine named Huangdi Neijing,acupuncture knife was used to release acupoints around the neck,and compared with conventional acupuncture knife in the treatment of cervical spondylosis,then evaluate the clinical efficacy of the two groups in the treatment of cervical spondylosis by observing the effective rate,the VAS,JOA and ROM scores before,after and 3 months of treatment in order to further improve the curative effect,avoid the risk,reduce the recurrence rate,and provide the basis for exploring a safe,efficient and easy to promote new treatment scheme.Methods: In this study,72 patients were divided into two groups,using a randomized,single blind,controlled design method,which were divided into observation group(Acupotomology group of acupoints around neck)and control group(conventional Acupotomology group),observing the VAS,JOA and ROM scores before and after treatment and 3 months later,then evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of the two groups scientifically,and discuss the advantages of the scheme objectively,then standardize the clinical operation process of the treatment of cervical spondylosis by acupuncture knife loosening and acupoints around the neck,and a new plan of acupuncture knife loosening is established to treat cervical spondylosis,which provides new ideas and methods for the research of traditional Chinese medicine.Results: The total effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 90.6% and 87.5% respectively and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05),which showed that they have good clinical effect.By comparing the two groups before and after treatment,the pain symptoms and cervical stiffness improved,living standards improved.The results,it was no significant fluctuation in each index in the Acupotomology group of acupoints around neck,while the fluctuation in the conventional Acupotomology group was larger,were compared with those observed in 3 months after operation,which showed that the symptoms of the former were not easy to recur in a short period(3 months),and the effect was longer.Conclusion: Both acupotomy of acupoints around neck and conventional Acupotomy can improve the clinical symptoms of cervical spondylosis.Among them,Acupotomology in the treatment of acupoints around the neck is superior to conventional Acupotomology,which has a certain application value and is worthy of clinical promotion.
