Objective The incidence of post-stroke depression in hospitalized patients as well as a variety of related factors research to the expectations of early diagnosis and intervention in patients with post-stroke depression and provide references. Methods Choice in December 2012 to December 2013 in our hospital during the period of neurology hospital,286 cases of cerebral apoplexy patients as the study object, among which 208 were male, female 77 cases, with an average age of 64.59±14.81,All patients were in line with 2005 Chinese stroke diagnostic criteria. All patients fill out the questionnaire and check the general laboratory and radiological indicators to assess the state of depression in patients with depression, according to depression scores into groups and non-depressed group, while assessing neurological deficit situation, daily living skills and social support for patients.Through statistical analysis of related factors of post-stroke depression.Results(1)The incidence of post-stroke depression 48.25%,which is 18.18%mild depression, moderate depression was 23.43%,severe depression was 6.64%.(2)By univariate analysis showed a significant correlation with post-stroke depression and lesion location, number of lesions, neurological deficits, daily living skills, sex, marital status, occupation, family history of mental illness or social support, with statistical significance(P<0.05).(3)After multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the incidence of depression after the occupation, neurological function, activities of daily living index, marriage,or family history of mental illness, social support and other factors associated with stroke are closely related, and the results statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions(1)After stroke with sex, age, tumor location, number of lesions, lesions nature, place of residence, income, cerebrovascular risk factors, such as depression unrelated.(2)The degree of neurological function after stroke deficit in the first four weeks the heavier the patient, the more likely the occurrence of depression;while the stronger their daily life, social support, the better, the more less prone to depression.(3)The occurrence of depression after stroke may be associated with career, marriage,or family history of mental illness related, but need large sample studies.
