The Clinical Curative Effect Observation Of Machansier Decoction In The Diabetic Pruritus

Objective:Through a randomized controlled trial, we observe the clinical curative effect of Machansier decoction in the treatment of diabetes pruritus of yin deficiency-wind dryness type, then have an objective evaluation about the curative effect and safety of Machansier Decoction, to explore effective dialectic thoughts of therapy and provide theoretical basis for clinical use.Methods:In this research, we collected 60 cases of standard test subjects. They were assigned to the treatment group and the control group according to the randomized method, and 30 cases in each group respectively. The therapy treatments of the Treatment group for diabetes are Diabetes foundation treatment and Machansier Decoction, while the therapy treatments of the control group for diabetes are diabetes foundation treatment and loratadine tablets. The duration of both groups is 4 weeks. The itchy skin symptoms and signs, traditional Chinese medicine clinical syndrome integral table should be filled in according to requirements of the test before, during, and after medication. Before the treatment, it is required to observe the gender, age, course, and distribution of blood sugar of the two groups of and whether they are comparable of the two groups. After treating for 4 weeks, we observed the itchy skin symptoms and signs of integral change difference between the treatment group and the control group, and observed the difference of the traditional Chinese medicine clinical syndrome and integral change between the treatment group and the controlled groups.Results:By the observation of symptoms and signs integral change of the diabetic pruritus between the two groups, we could know that, compared with the conditions Group to compare the two groups, before and after the treatment, the subjects all have significant differences of the same group. Comparison with the conditions between different groups, the symptoms of the treatment group declined more apparently, ratings dropped more apparently, and efficiency is higher than the control group. In the observation of diabetes in the traditional Chinese medicine clinical syndrome, the subjects are significantly different before and after medication in the treatment group, and the curative effects are better. While the curative effect of the control group is poor, with no significant difference before and after medication. Comparison between the two groups after treatment, the curative effect of treatment group was better than control group, and efficiency is higher than the control group as well.Conclusion: Machansier Decoction has a obvious effect on diabetic pruritus of yin deficiency-wind dryness type, both at syndrome and signs. It is not only has an obvious therapeutic effect on diabetes pruritus symptoms and signs, but also has an obvious improvement for traditional Chinese medicine syndrome. In the process of test, the treatment group has no adverse reaction, which indicates Machansier Decoction is safe and effective. The pathogenesis of diabetes pruritus is not yet clear for modern medicine, and there is no specific therapy treatment today. The study of this thesis discusses the theoretical basis of Machansier Decoction and its formula principle, which reflects the important thought of Traditional Chinese Medicine “searching for the primary cause of disease in treatment”, and embodied the irreplaceable advantages of Chinese traditional medicine in terms of prevention and control of diabetes complications. With the holism in mind, treatment of traditional Chinese medicine treat both symptoms and root causes, recuperate physical conditioning, and the curative effect is stable, without obvious side effects. Therefore, it has an expansively developing prospect.
