| Objective:Infantile constipation is a common disease in children, serious can affect the quality of life and physical and mental development of children. This paper aims to explore pediatric massage therapy for treatment of the clinical effect of pediatric constipation empirical, sum up experience and observed diagnosis in children with functional constipation rectal manometry and to guide clinical treatment and better service to clinical.Methods:60 cases were from the Shanxi Provincial Children's hospital outpatient department, will meet the inclusion criteria in accordance with the number of outpatient medical records at the end of the parity were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each group of 30 cases. The control group was treated with Lactulose Oral Solution, the treatment group were treated with massage therapy. Compared the two groups of patients after treatment for 1 weeks of defecation and the follow-up period of 1 weeks of defecation, the application of statistical software SPSS17. 0 of the treatment results were statistically analyzed.Results:1.The frequency of defecation, compared with the control group, treatment group,the frequency of defecation increased significantly, by statistical analysis, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.In the stool, stool in the treatment group improved obviously, after statistical analysis, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Between the two groups, long-term efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group, by statistical analysis, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: The clinical effect of treating infantile constipation(positive) with significant clinical effect can be effectively improved, and it is worthy of clinical popularization and application. |
