Clinical Study Of Acupoint Application Combined With Massage In The Treatment Of Functional Constipation In Children

Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of acupoint application in the treatment of pediatric functional constipation(internal heat type of food accumulation)by observing and comparing the efficacy of acupoint application combined with infantile massage in the treatment of pediatric functional constipation and simple infantile massage in the treatment of pediatric functional constipation(internal heat type of food accumulation).Methods: Using randomized controlled experiment design method,in children with functional constipation(food retention internal heating type)as the research object,to conform to the standard case were randomly divided into observation group and control group 36 cases,observation group of acupoints were applied in combination with infantile massage therapy methods,day at a time,a time on Friday,10 times a course of treatment,control group adopts pure infantile massage therapy method,day at a time,a time on Friday,10 times a course of treatment;After treatment,the symptom evaluation table and symptom evaluation scale of pediatric constipation before and after treatment were compared and analyzed,so as to compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups,and then to evaluate the clinical effect of acupoint application in the treatment of pediatric functional constipation(internal heat type of food accumulation).Results: The effective rate was 91.67% in the observation group and 77.78% in the control group(p<0.05).The effective rate was 91.67% in the observation group and 77.78%in the control group during the follow-up period,p<0.05.Conclusion: Children’s massage and children’s massage combined with acupoint application of two treatment methods for the treatment of children functional constipation(internal heat type of food product)have a very good effect,the effect of children’s massage combined with acupoint application of therapy is better than simple children’s massage,Acupoint application is of positive significance for children with functional constipation...
