Clinical Research On Feng Sui Qian Yang Dan With Zhi Gan Cao Tang Treating Ventricular Premature Beat

Objective : To observe the clinical curative effect and security of Ventricular premature beat of Qi and Yin deficiency and deficient yang with upper manifestation treated by Qianyangfengsui Dan and Zhigancao decoction. And to make a preliminary discussion on the clinical value of treatment of ventricular premature beat.Methods: Select 61 patients conform to the standard with ventricular premature beat and then randomly divided into two groups, 31 cases in treatment group, 30 cases in control group.All of the two groups were given etiology and conventional treatment, and stop using various anti-arrhythmic drugs before into the group(at least five half-life). Treatment group were given Qianyangfengsui Dan and Zhigancao decoction, the control group were given Propafenone.The course are all 8 weeks. Observed the clinical symptoms, TCM syndrome integral, and 24 hours dynamic electrocardiogram(Holter) of all the patients before and after the treatment.Collect the relevant data and use SPASS 17.0 statistical software for statistical analysis.Using corresponding statistical methods according to different types of observation indexes and data, categorical data use ?2 test,measurement data use t test and rank data use rank sum test.Results:1.Patients of the two groups were comparable and had no statistical significance before treatment in gender,age,etiology,TCM syndrome integral and so on(P>0.05).2.After the treatment,the total score of syndromes of the patients of two groups were all reduced,and the treatment group is better than that of control group,the effective rate in improvement of the syndrome were 93.6% and 63.3% respectively that has significant differences(P<0.05);In the side of single symptom,the treatment group has more obvious improvement in heart palpitations,chest tightness,shortness of breath,extreme chillinessand so on.(P<0.05).3.The number of ventricular premature beat of all the patients in two groups in 24 hours were significantly reduced after treatment,and it has statistically significant compared with that before the treatment(P<0.05), the comparison between groups has no statistical significance(P>0.05);The effective rate of dynamic electrocardiogram(ecg) in treatment group and control group were 80.6% and 80.6% respectively;The treatment can reduce the average heart rate and Lown classification in all of the two groups,and the treatment group is better than the control group.Conclusion :This research enriched the theory of TCM treating VPB,which conformed the clinical effect of Feng Sui Qian Yang Dan With Zhi Gan Cao Tang and made a firm foundation for further study.
