The Literature Study Of The Clinical Application Of Yinlingquan (SP 9) Acupoint In And Before The Qing Dynasty

Objective:Through collating and analyzing the related literatures about Yinlingquan(SP 9) acupoint in the ancient Chinese medicine dating back to the Qing Dynasty and before, research the clinical application law of the acupoint.Methods: Basing on the "Chinese Medical Classics"(Fifth Edition), which is the main retrieval source, sort out the related literatures of Yinlingquan(SP9) acupoint,establish database and use Microsoft Office Excel software for statistical analysis.Results: Included 100 the ancient Chinese medicine publications,and 558 available articles.The result showed that it had 5 kinds of acupoint names,two location methods including directly positioning and auxiliary positioning,and which belonged to the spleen meridian.There were 30 kinds of diseases treated by Yinlingquan(SP9) acupoint alone,in which 14 kinds of advantageous diseases were screened.There were 43 kinds of diseases treated by this acupoint combined with others,in which 18 kinds of advantageous diseases were screened. There were 144 compatibility acupoints,and the top six were Sanyinjiao(SP6), Zusanli(ST35), Yanglingquan(GB34),Yingu(KI10), Taichong(LR3) and Zhongwan(RN12). There were 5 acupuncture and moxibustion methods, in which needling and moxibustion were in dominance. The most common depth of needling was five points,the retaining time for acupuncture was seven breaths and the quantification for moxibustion was three Zhuang.Conclusion: The result of the study has a comprehensive analysis of the origin and clinical application of Yinlingquan(SP9) acupoint,and it has a great referent value for modern acupuncture clinical and scientific research.
