Meta Analysis Of Zhenju Jiangya Tablets In The Treatment Of Hypertension Based On Randomized Controlled Trials

Objective:Using the Meta analysis method,to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Zhenju Jiangya Tablets in the treatment of hypertension.To provide comprehensive evidence for the efficacy of the treatment of essential hypertension in the treatment of essential hypertension.Methods:The literature on the study of randomized controlled studies of Zhenju Jiangya Tablets during the period from January 1978 to February 2016 was retrieved.The literature limited languages in Chinese and English. After sifting the studies by inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,grouping and information extraction and data processing.Results:Data displays:(1)Compared with chemical drugs groups, the chemical drugs groups had no significant statistical significance in reducing the systolic and diastolic blood pressure and improving the efficiency.It is not considered that the effect of the Zhenju Jiangya tablets is better than that of chemical drugs.(2)Zhenju Jiangya tablets combined with chemical drugs versus chemical drugs in reducing systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, improve the efficiency, has statistical significance.It can be considered that the effect of the combination of the Zhenju Jiangya tablets and the chemical drugs is better than chemical drugs only.Conclusion:It is not considered Zhenju Jiangya tablets is better than chemical drugs, Zhenju Jiangya tablets combined with chemical drugs is better than single chemical drugs.Zhenju Jiangya tablets can be considered as Evidence grade IV,and it should be recommended as a kind of chemical drugs.
