Clinical Observation Of Yiqiziyintongluofang In The Treatment Of Deficiency Of Both Qi And Yin, Blood Stasis Type 2 Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of Yiqiziyintongluofang in the treatment of deficiency of both qi and Yin, blood stasis type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods: By the method of randomized, parallel controlled clinical trial, we will meet the requirements of the study of 60 patients with type 2 diabetic neuropathy using digital table method randomly divided into control group(30 cases) and treatment group(30 cases). In two groups of patients with diabetes the same basic treatment, control group was given Methycobal conventional treatment, and the treatment group received conventional treatment Yiqiziyintongluofang on day one treatment. After 4 weeks, by observing blood lipids, blood glucose, blood, Michigan Screening Scale score, peripheral nerve conduction velocity, serum 8-iso-prostaglandin F2α(8-iso-PGF-2α) and efficacy of TCM clinical symptoms before and after treatment, we evaluate the clinical efficacy of Yin Qi through the network side.Results: 1. The result of TCM syndrome before and after treatment group: the total effective rate of treatment group is93.3%,and the control group is 60.0%, P<0.05. There is difference of the two groups, and treatment group is better than the control group; 2. Screening scale score of Michigan: two groups of patients before and after treatment of Michigan screening scale scores were significantly lower(P < 0.05), and two groups of score difference comparison before and after the treatment has significant difference(P < 0.05). The treatment group is better than the control group on the improvement of the screening of Michigan rating scale; 3. 8- iso- PGF- serum alpha 2: two groups of patients after drug treatment can significantly reduce serum 8- iso- PGF- 2 alpha level(P < 0.05), but before and after treatment, there is a significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P < 0.05), the treatment group of eight- iso- PGF- 2 alpha improvement is better than the control group; 4. Peripheral nerve conduction velocity, compared before and after treatment in treatment group peripheral nerve conduction velocity decreased significantly(P < 0.05), while the control group had no significant change(P > 0.05). 5. The treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P <0.05) in improving blood lipids, blood glucose, blood aspect.Conclusion: Yiqiziyintongluofang of both qi and yin deficiency, vein blood stasis resistance type diabetes peripheral neuropathy patients blood lipids, blood glucose, hemorrheology, Michigan screening scale score, 8- iso- PGF- 2 alpha, could improve the peripheral nerve conduction velocity, which obviously improve clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine DPN patients and the quality of life, to verify the treated by Yiqiziyintongluofang Qi Yin deficiency of type, vein blood stasis resistance feasibility of DPN. Yiqiziyintongluofang for TCM prevention and treatment of DPN provides a new train of thought and method.
