Observation Of Shugan Liangxue Decoction Combined With Psychological Intervention In Treatment Of Blood-heat Syndrome Psoriasis Vulgaris

Objective: Through the clinical investigation and study, to observe the changes of lesions and psychological factors of patients before and after treatment, and to evaluate Shugan Liangxue decoction with psychological intervention therapy of clinical curative effect in patients with psoriasis and influence on patients quality of life, for the future more in-depth to explore effective method to provide the reference for the treatment of psoriasis.Methods: Total 90 cases all from Shandong university of Chinese medicine a ffiliated hospital dermatologist randomly divided into A, B, C three groups, each 30 cases. Group A oral Shugan Liangxue decoction,Longzhu ointment for externa l use,and psychological intervention regular basis;group B oral Shugan Liangxue decoction external use Longzhu ointment; Group C oral Xiaoyin capsules, Longzhu ointment for external use. Treating for one month, Observe the clinical curative ef fect, psychological indexes, and the symptoms of TCM after one month, a-nd anal ysis with statistical software.Results: 1.The clinical curative effect comparison: the cure rate of A, B,C group were 40%,40% and 10% respectively,total effective rate were 93.3%,90%, 83.3%. group A is better than that of group B and C(P<0.05), Group B is better than group C(P<0.05). Shugan Liangxue decoction joint psychological intervention treatment clinical curative effect is superior to the simple application of Shugan Liangxue decoction, Shugan Liangxue decoction is superior to the proprietary Xiaoyin capsules. 2. Psychological indexes comparison: group A of SDS, SAS, SCL-90, DLQI scores were significantly lower earlier, group B in addition to the anxiety, scores were lower than before treatment. except crankiness group C lower than before, other all have no obvious changes; In addition to the obsessive compulsive symptoms, all symptoms in group A were lower than group B. The scores of group A were all lower than of group C(P< 0.05),The scores of group B except anxiety and terror were all lower than group C. Shugan Liangxue decoction with psychological intervention therapy can effectively alleviate the patients′ negative emotions, improve the patients with negative emotion;Traditional Chinese medicine Shugan Liangxue decoction to patients with negative emotions to some extent to improve the quality of life;Xiaoyin capsules in alleviating bad feelings to improve the quality of life in patients with no significant role. 3.Clinical significance of Chinese medicine combined with psychological intervention to improve the symptoms of Chinese medicine.Conclusions:Shugan Liangxue decoction with psychological intervention therapy can obviously increase the unusual blood-heat syndromes in patients with psoriasis clinical curative effect and can improve mental state, and improve the quality of life.
