The Clinical Observation On The Fuyuan Huoxue Decoction In Treatment Of The Initial Stage Of Tibia And Fibula Fracture

Objective:To verify the clinical effect of Fuyuan Huoxue Decoction in the treatment of the initial stage of tibia and fibula fracture.Methods : Choose 60 patients of tibia and fibula fractures from Shan Dong university of traditional Chinese medicine hospital from May 2014 to 2015. Random grouping of them,anddivided into trial group 30 cases(group A) and the control groupto 30 cases(group B),Two groups of patients were performed surgical treatment.After surgery,Carry out special training and guidance to patients.Group A take Chinese traditional medicine before and after surgery.Group B has no oral traditional Chinese Medicine.Two groups of patients in the different treatment were observed after the specified time limb swelling degree, injury to the operation of the time, incision healing time,, in postoperative evaluation standard according to the johner-wruhs contrast, two groups of patients to assess the clinical effect.Result:Preoperative after swelling degree and on the basis of pain relief degree:group A>B group;Injury to the operation time: A group of<B group. Reduction in the degree of swelling after surgery:group A>B group; Incision healing time: A group <B group; The Grades of Healing of Incision:group A better than B group.Johner-Wruhs:group A>group B.Conclusion: Fuyuan Huoxue Decoction is conducive to tibia and fibula fracture’s swelling,and shorten the time of injury to surgery.It has played a positive role in the prevention and treatment of complications.It is worthy of spreading to clinical application.
