Clinical Study On The After Repair Of Soft Tissue Injury Of Modified Fuyuan Huoxue Tang In The Treatment Of Fracture Of Tibia And Fibula

Objective: To observe the Modified Fuyuan Huoxue Tang in the treatment of soft tissue injury after repair of tibiofibula fracture effect and changes in soft tissue injury pain, swelling, clinical efficacy determination, the impact of changes in blood indicators, provide a theoretical basis for the drug after clinical treatment of tibial fractures and soft tissue injuries.Method: Collected in December 2013 to December 2015, a total of 134 cases of tibiofibula fracture patient hospital of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) in rizhao, and exclusion of pathological fracture cases, cases with severe complications and heavy damage can’t cooperate, patients treated with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) in accordance with the time to the patient, divided into the huoxue soup flavored recovery drug treatment group and control group, two groups of patients adopt foundation treatment of 67 cases, observation records and compared two groups of patients before and after treatment of 4, 7 days pain score, swelling degree score, clinical curative effect evaluation and blood sedimentation, the change of c-reactive protein, blood plasma viscosity, statistical analysis, comparative data using SPSS statistical software for statistical processing, P<0.05 statistically significant. This research through the hospital ethics committee and signed the informed consent.Result:Two groups of patients with gender and age distribution and fracture properties, fracture type, treatment differences had no statistical significance(P>0.05), two groups of patients with balanced comparable, the treatment group 4 days, 7 days pain score, limb swelling, lower than the control group, the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05), and clinical outcome is better than that of control group, difference has statistical significance(P<0.05), the treatment group on the fourth day, 7 days blood sedimentation, c-reactive protein, blood plasma viscosity was significantly lower than the control group,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05), two groups of patients in the process of taking drugs without severe gastrointestinal discomfort and allergic reactions, drug safety and reliability.Conclusion: Modified Fuyuan Huoxue Tang can significantly improve clinical outcomes after tibia and fibula fractures, relieve pain, reduce swelling limbs, reduce blood viscosity, and its mechanism may reduce the body’s inflammatory response associated.
