| Objective:This experiment to observe the clinical curative effect of decoction for the treatment of deficiency of both qi and Yin after myocardial infarction and angina pectoris of Shengmai San, to evaluate the safety, and to explore its mechanism.Methods:The author from April 2015 to February 2016 in the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from the outpatient department of Cardiology, ward Department of internal medicine ward practice and comprehensive collection of 60 cases of angina pectoris of Qi Yin deficiency, accord with myocardial infarction after exclusion criteria, were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 30 cases in each group, there was no significant difference in the general situation of the two groups. The two group were treated with conventional western medicine treatment, Chinese medicine treatment group on the basis of Jiajian Shengmaisan, a day, early, late two after serving. The experiment lasted for 4 weeks. Two groups were observed before and after treatment in patients with angina pectoris(pain, seizure frequency and duration), TCM syndrome integral determine the changes in electrocardiogram, nitroglycerin withdrawal rate, laboratory examination, comparative analysis, evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of medicines.Results:After 4 weeks, compared with traditional Chinese medicine treatment group and control group clinical efficacy, Chinese medicine treatment group in improving angina episodes(the degree of pain, attack frequency, attack duration) effect is better than that of the control group, TCM symptom score improved significantly and the nitroglycerin stop reduction rate and ECG changes also demonstrates the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine and laboratory test indexes in the troponin I,CK-MB,TG, TC, LDL-C and CRP, fibrinogen, blood rheology and so on, the contrast of the two have significant difference, showing Chinese medicine treatment group has better clinical efficacy than that of the control group, in the security indicators such as liver and kidney function showed no statistical difference, application security.Conclusions:Results show that Shengmai scattered decoction combined with conventional western medicine therapy can significantly improve the type of deficiency of both qi and Yin myocardial infarction angina pectoris clinical curative effect, simple comparison of conventional western medicine treatment, the test group is significant in the improvement in patients with clinical symptoms and signs and laboratory indicators of efficacy. The mechanism may increase myocardial blood supply, inhibit inflammatory reaction, lipid plaque stabilization, improve endothelial function, delay the progression of atherosclerosis, and is well tolerated and safe, worthy of further application and promotion. |
