Objective-The purpose of this study is to observe clinical effect by cluster needling of scalp point combined with occupational therapy to treat fine motor dysfunction in children with spastic type cerebral palsy, to discuss a effective solution for the treatment of fine motor dysfunction in children with spastic type cerebral palsy.Methods-We chose 40 patients with spastic type cerebral palsy, patients with fine motor dysfunction, randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The two group was treated with rehabilitation therapy. In addition, cluster needling of scalp point combined with occupational therapy was used to treat patients in treatment group. occupational therapy was used to treat patients in control group, compared the difference between patients before and after treatment by TAM,FMFM and GMFM. Compared the difference therapeutic effect in two group.Results-1.In the treatment group, children has improved significantly after treatment by FMFM score(p<0.05).In the control group, children has improved significantly after treatment by FMFM score(p<0.05). After the treatment, the children in the treatment group were better than the children in the control group by FMFM score(p<0.05).2.In the treatment group, children has improved significantly after treatment by TAM score(p<0.05).In the control group, children has improved significantly after treatment by TAM score(p<0.05). After the treatment, the children in the treatment group were better than the children in the control group by TAM score(p<0.05).3.In the treatment group, children has improved significantly after treatment by GMFM score(p<0.05).In the control group, children has improved significantly after treatment by GMFM score(p<0.05). After the treatment, the children in the treatment group were better than the children in the control group by GMFM score(p<0.05).4.The total effective rate was 95% in treatment group while 80% in control group. The dates of two groups have statistical significances(p<0.05).Conclusions-1.The children treated by cluster needling of scalp point combined with occupational therapy and the children treated by occupational therapy can improve the fine motor function.2.The children treated by cluster needling of scalp point combined with occupational therapy have better curative effect than the children treated by occupational therapy.
