The Clinical Research Of Chinese Medicine Spray Joint Ice Excitation Plus Moxibustion On Dysphagia After Stroke

Objectives:Evaluation on the swallow the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine spray joint Ice excitation plus moxibustion in treatment of dysphagia after stroke,and safety.Methods:In this study,Sixty patients with dysphagia after stroke were randomly divided into treatment group of 30 patients in the control group of 30 patients.The treatment group emerge in 1 case,reality in 29 cases.Both groups on the basis of the conventional medical and Ice excitation plus moxibustion on the basis of giving the treatment group,another to traditional Chinese medicine spray joint Ice excitation plus moxibustion give the treatment,spray 2 times day,14 day treatment,Ice excitation plus moxibustion 1 times/day;a total of three courses.The patients were assessed with water-swallowing test and VFSS and therating scale of stroke symptom,then the results were imported into SPSS 18.0 for related statistical analysis.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group is 89.66%,while the control group is 56.67%,the differences of the two groups are statistically rehabilitation trainingt(P<0.05),the effect reveal in the treatment group is better than the the control group.After the two groups assessed by the water-swallowing test、Cany island ichiro swallowing function evaluation and VFSS,the comparison of a patient before the treatment with himself after it,whose differences are statistically significant(P<0.05),medicine spray joint Ice excitation plus moxibustion after stroke swallowing suffering effect is better.Otherwise,according to the score of therating scale of stroke symptom,the treatment group compared with the control group after the treatment,the differences arestatistically significant(P<0.05),it showed that it is more conducive to improvethe symptoms after stroke for the Chinese medicine spray joint Ice excitation plus moxibustion than Ice excitation plus moxibustion.Confirmed by the records of adverse events,the Chinese medicine spray joint Ice excitation plus moxibustion therapy has a good and safety profile.Conclusions:To compare with the Chinese medicine spray joint Ice excitation plus moxibustion therapy,the Chinese medicine spray joint Ice excitation plus moxibustion therapy have more effective in improving the symptoms of dysphagia after stroke.It is effective,safe,without the side effect and be worth of promoting clinical utilization for the Chinese medicine spray joint Ice excitation plus moxibustion therapy to treat the dysphagia after stroke.
