| Objective: Objective: through contrast observation non-alcoholic fatty hepatitis(NASH)patients in the experimental group and the control group before and after treatment,serum endotoxin(ET),bile acid(TBA)and stool of patients with rod ball than testing numerical changes,to study Qushi Huatan Huoxue Fang on endotoxin in patients with NASH,bile acid,effect of enterohepatic circulation to explore mechanism of Qushi Huatan Huoxue Decoction "in the treatment of NASH.Compare the NASH patients medication before and after and the alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST)and free fatty acid(FFA),triglyceride(TG),cholesterol(TC)etc.serum Biochemical index changes,and compared before and after medication by patients plasma viscosity,hematocrit,liver and spleen CT ratio and body mass index(BMI),waist to hip ratio(WHR)and syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine clinical curative effect index numerical changes in clinical efficacy evaluation of Qushi Huatan Huoxue Fang on Nash.method: collect 60 patients who met the inclusion criteria of patients as the research object,and according to the visiting sequence were randomly divided into experimental group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).Two groups were in the scientific diet,strengthen the rational aerobic exercise and health education based on the implementation of drug treatment.The experimental group of medicinal addition and subtraction Qushi Huatan Huoxue granule,daily 1 agent,sooner or later,blunt,and the control group of medicinal polyene phosphatidyl choline(Essentiale capsules,1 times a day 3 times,treatment for 3 months.The first diagnosis first and use the 90 days before and after the group were measured weight and height to calculate body mass index(BMI),measure Waist and hip circumference to calculate waist hip ratio(WHR),were collected in the morning fasting 8 hours or more elbow venous blood non anticoagulant 5ml,centrifugal specimens of serum,enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was measured and observed in the two groups before and after treatment in patients with serum ET and TBA value change;record before and after treatment in patients with liver and spleen CT ratio,stool rod ball ratio,plasma viscosity,hematocrit value changes;and patients in the medication before,during and after the alt,AST,FFA,TG,TC,biochemical index value changes.Results: 1.Serum levels of endotoxin detection value medication were compared with those before treatment decreased(P < 0.05),the experimental group and the control group compared to the drop is more significant,the two groups after treatment in patients with endotoxin detection value more obviously(P < 0.05).Serum levels of total bile acid detection value after treatment were compared with those before treatment decreased(P < 0.05),the experimental group and the control group compared to the apparent decline,and the two groups after treatment in patients with bile acid detection value more obviously(P < 0.05).Two groups of patients with fecal rod ball ratio compared with that before treatment were increased,the difference between the experimental group significantly(P < 0.01),but the control group had no significant difference(P>0.05),the two groups of patients after treatment with stool ball ratio has significant difference(P<0.01).2.The two groups after treatment in patients with liver function(alt,AST)detection value compared with that before treatment were significantly decreased(P < 0.05),and two groups after treatment in patients with ALT,AST levels compared no significant difference(P > 0.05).The two groups after treatment in patients with blood lipid(TG,TC,FFA)detection value had significant differences(P < 0.01),after treatment in the experimental group blood lipid(TG,TC,FFA)detection value compared with that before treatment were decreased significantly(P < 0.01),while the control group patients medication after blood lipid(TG,TC,FFA)detection value compared with prior treatment,no significant difference(P > 0.05).3.Two groups of patients with liver and spleen CT ratio after treatment compared with that before treatment was significantly higher(P < 0.05),and the experimental group compared with the control group increased more significantly,the two groups after treatment in patients with liver and spleen CT ratio compared with significant difference(P < 0.05).4.Two groups of BMI and waist to hip ratio medication were compared with those before treatment decreased(P < 0.05).The experimental group compared with the control group decreased significantly.After treatment in the two groups of body mass index,waist to hip ratio compared with significant difference(P < 0.05).5.Plasma viscosity and red blood cell pressure in the two groups were decreased compared with before treatment(P<0.05),the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group,the plasma viscosity of the two groups after treatment,compared with the red cell pressure is obviously different(P<0.05).6.Two patients symptom integral calculation value of medication were compared with those before treatment decreased(P < 0.05),and the experimental group compared with the control group decreased more significantly,the two groups after treatment in patients with symptom scores calculated values compared with significant difference(P < 0.01).The therapeutic effect of two groups of patients in the experimental group compared with control group,the therapeutic effect is more significant,and the difference is significant(P < 0.01).Conclusion: 1.Qushi Huatan Huoxue Decoction can reduce the ET in the serum of patients with NASH and TBA levels,elevated NASH patients stool dry bulb ratio,indicating that Qushi Huatan Huoxue recipe may by regulating the NASH patients with intestinal bacteria group,reduced the LPS,TBA level,to achieve the effect of the treatment of Nash.2.Qushi Huatan Huoxue Decoction can reduce blood ALT in patients with NASH,AST,FFA,TG,TC,indicating that Qushi Huatan Huoxue Fang can inhibit the inflammation of the liver,improve the lipid metabolism.3.Qushi Huatan Huoxue Fang can NASH patients with liver and spleen CT ratio increased,indicating that Qushi Huatan Huoxue Decoction can reduce the degree of liver fat in patients with NASH.4.Qushi Huatan Huoxue Decoction can reduce the BMI of patients with NASH,WHR,indicating that Qushi Huatan Huoxue Fang can by losing weight,narrow waist to alleviate the degree of fatty change of the liver.5.Qushi Huatan Huoxue Fang can make the plasma viscosity,hematocrit detection value decreased,indicating that Qushi Huatan Huoxue Decoction can reduce the degree of NASH patients blood viscosity.6.Qushi Huatan Huoxue Decoction can significantly reduce NASH patients,TCM syndrome score,indicate that Qushi Huatan Huoxue Decoction can significantly improved in patients with Nash clinical symptoms and improve the treatment effect of
