Clinical Study Of Huatan Quyufang In The Treatment Of Syndrome Of Plegm And Blood Stasis Nonalcoholic Steatohepatitis

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Huatan Quyufang in the treatment of syndrome of plegm and blood stasis nonalcoholic steatohepatitis.Methods: 60 patients with nonalcoholic steatohepatitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.On the basis of basic treatment(health education,change bad living habits,diet control,strengthen exercise,formulate scientific and reasonable diet and exercise prescription),the control group was treated with silybin,and the treatment group was treated with Huatan Quyufang and silybin,with a total course of 12 weeks.Before and after treatment,symptom score,ALT,AST,GGT,TG,TC,Abdominal b-ultrasound degree and other medical indicators were compared and statistically analyzed.Results: 1.The improvement of ALT,AST,TG and TC in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P < 0.01),the improvement of GGT was not obvious in the two groups(P > 0.05),and the improvement of abdominal b-ultrasound degree in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P < 0.05).2.There were significant differences between the two groups in the total score of symptoms(P < 0.01);in the single score,the treatment group was better than the control group in improving the symptoms of right subcostal mass,(P < 0.05),and the improvement of fullness or tingling under the right flank,chest and epigastric fullness,dark complexion,eat less and be saisfied was significantly better than the control group(P < 0.01).3.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.67%,and that of the control group was60.0%.The effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P < 0.01).4.There were no adverse reactions during and after treatment in the two groups.Conclusion: According to the pathogenesis of syndrome of plegm and blood stasis nonalcoholic steatohepatitis patients,the application of Huatan Quyufang to invigorate the spleen and resolve phlegm,remove blood stasis and strengthening health can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of the patients,reduce liver function and blood lipid level,reduce degree of abdominal B-ultrasound of the patients,and have good safety,which is worthy of clinical application.
