Observation On Efficacy Of The Treatment Of ZiShenLiGan Decocti On To The Post ShenXuGanYu Stroke Depression

Objective: Post-stroke depression(PSD)is one of the most common complication of stroke,affects the functional recovery of the damaged nerve seriously.Due to zhe fact zhat on using drugs is slow effect and expensive and is prone to dependency and various side effects by taking long-term,while the effect of the treatment is poor and being a huge economic burden to the patients.By contrast,the multi-target and personalized medicine of the Chinese medicine has its unique advantages.During the study of the author,he found that professor Zhu Qingxia use Zi Shen Li Gan decoction to treat depression after stroke.It can improve themental and physical symptoms of the patients.This research In the form of clinical observations,verify the clinical efficacy of the Zi Shen Li Gan decoction to the post-Shen Xu Gan Yu stroke depression.Analysis and discuss the etiology pathogenesis of PSD,lay the foundation for the clinical application and promoti on.Methods: This research selected 60 in-patients of The second peoples hospital of Luo He city and The first affiliated hospital of Henan university of TCM,during March,2014 to April,2015.All patients were confirmed to be stroke by CT or MRI,and theduration were between 2 weeks to 6 months.60 patients were divided into the treatment group(30cases)and the control group(30cases)rand omly,all patients were receivedconventional treatment.The treatment group were treated with Zi Shen Li Gan decoction,while the control group were received Par oxetine Hydrochloride tablets.When the bothgroup treating 6 weeks,recording the TCM symptom scores,HAMD scores,NIHSS scores,ADL scores and SERS scores,Evaluate the efficacy by HAMD scores,statistics significant number of pati ents by HAMD reduction rate(reduction≥50% as markedly,25%~50% as effective,≤25% as invalid).The observation that,the HAMD scores began to decline after 2weeks of treatment of both groups.evaluating the therapeutic efficacy and safety through statistical analysis.Results: All the statistical data were collected and observed.There was no significant differences between the two groups compared the ages,sex,education level and degree of neurological deficit(P>05.0).It reminds that the basic information of two groupswere comparable.There was statistically significant difference compared with that before treatment(P<05.0).After 6 weeks of treatment,the tr eatment group got an effectiverate of 53.33%,a produce effect rate of 33.33%and the total effective rate was 86.66%.While the control group got an effective rate of 60.00%,a produce effect rate of 13.33% andthe total effective rate was 73.33%.Significant difference appeared.In improving the symptoms of neurological deficit,there was statistically significant difference in the NIHSS scores,ADL scores and symptom scores of the treatment group before and after treatment(P<05.0).Compared with the control group,the improvement of stroke symptoms was more pronounced.It remind that Zi Shen Li Gan decoction effectively improve the depressive symptoms of patients,and promote the recovery of neural function defects.Conclusions: Using Zi Shen Li Gan decoction to treat depression after stroke,it treated symptom,has rapid onset of action and efficacy significantly.Not only improve the depressive symptoms significantly,but also promote the recovery of neural function defects.Compared with western medicine,it was safe and effective,has less adverse reactions.
