Study On The Posterior Circulation Ischemia Vertigo Of Treatment Based On Traditional Chinese Medicine System

Objective:Researchs and explores the clinical drug laws of the posterior circulation ischemia vertigo in the Encephalopathy of the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,including the herb laws,the commonly used drugs, the potential drug combinations and the new drug teams in order to provide a new method for the treatment of the posterior circulation ischemia vertigo.Methods:This study collects the prescriptions for treating the posterior circulation ischemia vertigo in the Encephalopathy of the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,establishs the prescription database of the posterior circulation ischemia vertigo and explores the drug compatibility laws of the vertigo based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance System(V2.5,TCMISS) to provide a new method for the treatment of the posterior circulation ischemia vertigo.Results:Excavates 226 prescriptions,245 medicines according to the inclusion and exclusion criterias.In the commonly used drugs for the treatment of the circulation posterior circulation ischemia vertigo,the herbs law is more with the cold nature and warm nature.The sweet,bitter,acrid medicine tastes are most commonly used.The drugs mainly owns by the liver, follows by the spleen,the heart,the lung,and the stomach.The drug pairs are more with the Atractylodes-Poria and Atractylodes-Tianma.And obtains 6 new drug teams for the treatment of the circulation posterior circulation ischemia vertigo in the Encephalopathy of the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
