| Purpose:In this study,we observed the changes of TCM syndrome integral, clinical curative effect, transcranial Doppler and so on in the patients with post-circulatory ischemic vertigo of hyperactivity of liver-yang type treated with acupuncture and medicine, and further discussed the pathogenesis of PCIV.The mechanism and therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of PCIV.Material and method:From January 2017 to June 2018,90 patients with post-circulatory ischemic vertigo with hyperactivity of liver-yang type were selected from the Department of Neurology, affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of traditional Chinese Medicine. The method of randomized control was divided into 30 cases of control group,30 cases of traditional Chinese medicine group and 30 cases of acupuncture group. The patients in the control group were given low salt and low fat diet, proper exercise, oral flunarizine hydrochloride capsule,5 mg once a day, taken before bedtime, and given warm boiled water to take. The patients were treated with lipid lowering, hypotension, anticoagulation and so on.Patients in the Chinese medicine group were treated with Tianma Gouteng drink plus and minus 150 m on the basis of the treatment of the patients in the control group. One,three times a day.The patients in the acupuncture group were treated with acupuncture and moxibustion on the basis of the treatment of the patients in the Chinese medicine group. The acupoints were selected: Baihui,Fengchi(double),Neiguan(double),Taichong(double),inter-line(double),chivalrous(double),Taixi(double),once a day for 30 minutes. After 15 days of treatment, the changes of Hou integral of TCM syndrome, clinical curative effect of TCM and the indexes of transcranial Doppler were observed before and after treatment in three groups. At the same time, during the clinical observation, the changes of patients’ symptoms and adverse drug reactions during drug treatment were recorded.Results:1.Comparison of TCM syndrome score: the difference of TCM syndrome score among the three groups was statistically significant compared with that before treatment(P < 0.05).The results showed that the control group, the Chinese medicine group and the acupuncture group could effectively reduce the syndrome score after treatment, but the difference between the acupuncture group and the acupuncture group was the largest before and after treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).2.After treatment, the total effective rate of the acupuncture group was higher than that of the traditional Chinese medicine group and the control group, and there was significant difference(P < 0.05).The effective rate of the acupuncture group was 93.33%,that of the Chinese medicine group was 90.00%,and that of the traditional Chinese medicine group was90.00%.The control group was 76.67%.3.After treatment, the maximal systolic velocity of left vertebral artery, right vertebral artery and basilar artery in the three groups was significantly higher than that before treatment(P < 005),and the improvement of acupuncture group was significantly better than that of traditional Chinese medicine group(P < 0 05).The traditional Chinese medicine group is superior to the control group.Conclusion:1.The combination of acupuncture and medicine in the treatment of post-circulatory ischemic vertigo with hyperactivity of liver yang has a definite clinical effect.2.The combination of acupuncture and medicine can obviously improve the indexes of TCD,indicating that it can improve the blood supply of the brain and reduce the symptoms of vertigo caused by post-circulatory ischemia.3.The combination of acupuncture and medicine in the treatment of post-circulatory ischemic vertigo with hyperactivity of liver-yang was superior to the traditional Chinese medicine group and the control group in improving the clinical symptoms and improving the blood flow velocity of the vertebral base artery.4.In the study of combination of acupuncture and medicine in the treatment of post-circulatory ischemic vertigo with hyperactivity of liver yang,no serious side effects were found in the patients, and this scheme was safe and effective. |
