Clinical Curative Effect Observation On The Treatment Of Simple Obesity (Liver Depression And Qi Stagnation Type) With Acupoint Catgut Implantation Combining With Auricular Pressure

Objective: To observe clinical curative effect and difference between the treatment of simple obesity(liver depression and qi stagnation type) with acupoint catgut implantation combining with auricular pressure and acupoint catgut implantation.Method: Selection into the standard of 60 patients,according to the digital method of random divided into observation group, the control group, 30 cases each. After two courses, through comparison in the group and cross-reference between groups, compare and observe the changes at some indexes.Result: 1.Within the groups: compared with the conditions before the treatment, the weight, body mass index, waist circumference, hip circumference, body fat rate, rate of muscle, the symptoms integral all improve obviously. There is a very significant difference(P﹤0.01). But bust is no significant difference before and after therapy(P >0.05). 2. The comparison between groups: compared with before and after treatment respectively, between the two groups in weight, body mass index, rate of muscle, body fat rate, body measurements have no significant difference(P >0.05). Comparison after treatment, two groups of the clinical symptoms integral have significant difference(p< 0.05), the observation group is better than the control group.Conclusion:The two methods treat on simple obesity(liver depression and qi stagnation type) is significant. Acupoint catgut implantation combining with auricular pressure in improving clinical symptoms is superior to acupoint catgut implantation.
